Highly Recommended. We called Atlas Care when our old furnace stopped working. They responded right away and the same day a technician came to inspect the furnace. He and the sales man Jeff were very nice and professional. As the decision was made to replace both furnace and air conditioner they gave us a precise quote with all costs included and even left us two heaters to help heat the house. In two days we had the new furnace and air conditioner installed. The installers were friendly, professional and informative and they did a great job. Atlas Care is also taking care and speeding the process with the rebates. This is a great company that provides an excellent service overall.

We decided to continue the service contract which the previous owner of our home recommended. The service man(Nemo) arrived ready to work, with the correct tools and even furnace filters.Noticing that a ceiling bulb was burnt out, he changed the bulb for me before beginning his work. He was efficient, very personable and knowledgeable. We are very happy customers and will continue to call AtasCare with any problems we encounter.

I recently had a problem with my furnace. My call was answered promptly and Dag was the one to come to diagnose and fix the problem. He was able to quickly determine what was wrong and promptly and efficiently fixed it. I have always been very pleased with the service I have received from Atlascare.

I had my annual furnace cleaning and inspection today. The technician, Nimo, was most courteous and highly professional. He was able to answer all of my questions about my furnace and he offered basic, sound advice for good maintenance. I was very pleased with Nimo's service today and I strongly recommend Atlas Care and Nimo, in particular. Thank you for giving us a feeling of security, safety and warmth for the winter months

AtlasCare delighted me with their prompt responsiveness and professionalism. The service technician, Steve Woods arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and did a thorough job of servicing my gas furnace and gas fireplace.

Eric, the service associate came out to service our Air Handler. He was extremely friendly and very professional. Asked questions with regards to how things were working and if we had any problems. Great Service!

Last February I knew I had to replace my heating and air conditioner units. I called a "local" heating company because it was they were referred to me by a friend. In the end the company never did the job and it was a horrible experience. I contacted AtlasCare right after and received nothing but amazing service. Friendly, honest, and informative. The individuals who came to do the work were efficient and were helpful with explaining the product. Overall a great experience.

Eric Chan came out to do the yearly service and maintenance on my Furnace which was installed 2 years ago. He was quick tidy and thorough... (even removing a dead mouse from a trap... eeeek) He replaced the filters, checked the thermostat and adjusted the humidifier. Thanks so much.
