I have a service plan with Atlas and service calls are included. I needed a part changed on my furnace and Atlas charged $300. Afterwards I looked up the part and it's available in several places for $35-$60. This is price gouging! This is the second time they overcharged me. DON'T USE ATLAS!

This review is for the admirable AtlasCare experts who recently helped us breathe better (and safer) this winter, and is particularly directed to the awesome Marlene for getting and keeping our concerns in front of absolutely the right guy, moderating our e-mail exchanges with him, and helping us tele-connect to him..

If possible get 3 quotes otherwise you will fall prey to extreme price gouging from Atlas. My furnace broke down on the coldest day of the year and I could not get anyone other that Atlas. They over charged me by 100% based on my research after the fact. TIP - use space heaters, etc to keep warm till you get those quotes - same applies to A/C - sweat it out for a couple of days - you will save $$$ thousands.

Jamie was very professional and friendly. Helped me out with all of my queries. Left us with a good sense of ease regarding the functionality and safety if our HVAC system. We'll definitely use AtlasCare again.

The high efficiency Furnace installation and follow up service was done with the utmost courtesy,cleanliness and professionalism. The key to AtlasCare's success is it attention to detail and it its religious commitment to the highest quality service. I cannot recommend AtlastCare more highly.

The customer service and management at Atlas Care is exceptional. We cannot recommend them enough. The technicians and duct cleaning service exceeded expectations. They spent several hours cleaning all of our vents and duct work.

Most furnaces underpeform due to poor installation. Steven Deesho, lead installer, and Nicholas Pacheco did a FIRST RATE job - FIVE STARS. EXTREMELY clean and efficient install, including de-install of old unit, and re-run of all piping due to yet another ridiculous code change. (Sorry, but these codes all seem so frivolous and wasteful to me. And, yes, I understand the physics.) Very respectful of my environment, taking great pains to make sure nothing was impacted by their work. Five hours, start to finish, with cleanup. Top notch.

I had an excellent experience with AtlasCare. They were true end to end professionals, starting with a warm and knowledgeable call centre, to the sales representative who provided a through in home inspection of our HVAC issues through to the final installation team. Our sales representative, Margaret, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the various options and did not try to upsell us at any point. I sincerely appreciated her honesty compared with other estimates we received and it was ultimately her that won us over! The installers were polite, thorough and went above and beyond to ensure our furnace was installed properly and they even thought through repositioning it in the basement to make the filters more easily accessible compared with the prior positioning. Overall, we felt like AtlasCare genuinely valued their customer and were working to build a long term relationship versus a single sale. We would absolutely recommend their services to others.

I purchase a new hot water tank from AtlasCare last year with 5 year part warranty but this year it was not working properly I contact them to come and see what's the matter with it, they charge for diagnosing for which they said it will be free for 5 years but still I pay for it then accept changing its required part their technician was suggesting me to buy the other hot water tank I didn't respond them anything but I also contact other companies for their suggestion they send their technicians he replace the part and clear me all the fault regarding my hot water tank. very disappointed from AtlasCare company.

We had a furnace failure which it was only blowing cold air, so we contacted few companies but AtlasCare was quickest in responding. A technician came on the same day, analyzed and repaired our unit in timely manner. We have a high velocity HVAC which we later found out other companies we contacted did not know how to fix or service anyways. We are very happy with the service provided by Atlascare, and will continue to work with them!
