    Furnace and AC replacment

    I had replaced my rental water heater by AtlasCare last year with satisfactory results so I decided to use them again when my AC needed replacement. I also decided to replace my furnace as it was also near its end of life and acting up. The work was done professionally as was the interactions with sales and office staff. Quality equipment (Lennox) was installed with good parts and labor warranties.

    AC repair

    AC broke during hottest day of yr. Called Atlas, they promised to have someone over next day. To our surprise, the same day they called back with an opening and the tech came right over. Problem fixed. Would use again

    New furnace installation

    Our experience with AtlasCare has been outstanding. Starting from the estimate process, right down to the installation of the new furnace, they have been excellent. Our sales person gave us clear options about the different types of furnaces, and he made sure all our questions were addressed. The booking of the installation was easy to do and they were able to accommodate our schedule. The installation crew was on time, were extremely safe (Covid protocols) and did an amazing work. We highly recommend AtlasCare !

    A/C repair

    We have had Atlas Care service our HVAC for over 20 years, and install a new HVAC system in 2011. (We are on an annual maintenance contract which I recommend because when your HVAC breaks its a big issue) Our A/C unit iced up at the start of the 2021 cooling season and Del talked us through steps to sort it out Saturday night and at our request inspected it Sunday Morning on Victoria Day weekend. He was very patient with our questions and clearly explained the possible causes and options. We are hopeful the cause is a combination of dirty air filter and closed floor vents from winter which limits airflow in the ducts and can freeze up the evaporator inside the house. Spotted a closed damper and pointed it out to us. Overall Del was extremely helpful in diagnosing and resolving given the long weekend timing. We are thawing out the system and hoping A/C returns to normal.

    Awesome AC & Furnace techs

    I decided to upgrade my ac & furnace to take advantage of rebates, promotion discounts and get ahead of the summer rush. I decided to call Atlas due to their positive word of mouth and Homestars reviews. They did not disappoint me. All my contacts were positive from the office staff to technicians. My sales rep Abdel was very thorough and professional but where they really excelled was their install crew. I was very happy with the crew of Jack, Darien and Jaggy. These three were awesome! They were friendly, hard working and answered my many questions with a smile. I will recommend Atlas moving forward in fact I told my neighbour about the service & deal I received and he decided to also upgrade his system with Atlas.

    Clogged sink drain

    Patrick came to unclog a pipe in my kitchen. He assessed the situation and discussed my options. He was very clean and professional, was able to unclog the pipe and closed the pipes back to the way that they were. He also made some suggestions and made sure that nothing was leaking before he left.

    Home Central Air Purchase and Installation

    Great job installing and cleaning up. Shoe coverings were used to avoid tracking dirt into house and masks were worn at all times. This is my second purchase and install from AtlasCare and they are my go to for all home heating and cooling needs. I would highly recommend them.

    Excellent service!

    After having so many poor experiences with different trades, I decided to do my research thoroughly and landed on AtlasCare for our new furnace and air conditioner. I was not disappointed. They had a promotion and we decided to go with the higher end Lennox model. It was more than we originally planned to spend but still several thousand dollars less due to the promotion. Margaret was our sales person and she was professional, friendly and knowledgeable throughout. The two technicans that installed the furnace and air conditioner worked the entire day and left their respective areas clean and tidy. They were both very friendly and patiently answered all my questions. It was an absolute pleasure working with Atlascare and I would definitely recommend their services. I had to learn the hard way - you get what you pay for!

    Poor intake up front leads to unnecessary assessment fee and no real fix

    I told the receptionist that I had an HVAC pro say the hot water mixer needed replacing by a plumber. I said I had a picture of the piece needing a replacement. They sent a HVAC, non-plumber, out to diagnose the same problem. He was a really nice guy, but just the wrong guy. He told me that I need to get my hot water mixer replaced by plumber. He was able to loosen the mixer enough that it works temporarily, but it's a ticking, cold-water time-bomb. $190 diagnostic fee, and I still need to book a plumber to fix the mixer. May I suggest improving the information intake at the front end so you're not wasting your own staff's time, as well as your client's time and money. I was clear with what I needed.
