Today approx 2 weeks after I had a Lennox Purair system installed, the duct work had a piece that was measured wrong and the technician worked around it but when completed looked poorly. I let my feelings known to Atlascare and today an Atlascare technician named Venecio (Viny) arrived and corrected the problem 100% to my satisfaction. Viny is a pro for sure and a big thank you to Atlascare as their name says it all, "Care" they really do. They not only stand behind their work, they stand behind their customers, Very happy indeed, not the system looks great. Well done Viny!

called Atlascare about clogged sewer drain in basement. Made appt for the very next morning. Serviceperson arrived on time. Explained work to be done as well as costs involved. Great job , all completed.

The entire process with Anthony was quick and efficient. He explained all my options for the repairs as well as replacement options. When he was finished, he also walked me through what he had done. He also contacted the office to schedule the next steps. Very friendly!

Alex was on time, polite and went over entire furnace to make sure we were good to go for the winter. Emailed an itemized list of everything he checked and in good order as well as recommendations.

Kurt is professional, polite, knowledgeable, and explained everything I needed to know. (I know very little about sump pumps.) Although I declined the extra coverage, it was offered. Unless there is one coming by email, I did not receive a receipt.

Neil came to service our furnace and in addition to that he gave us information regarding filters, air flow and our furnace fan and also recommended duct cleaning. We were very satisfied with this service call.
