The sales person Jeff, was very thorough and polite. He gave us 2 estimates within the next day, fast service. The 2 workers who came out to install the unit - Mike and Christian, did an amazing job. The quality of work was very much evident and they both made sure we were satisfied. They offered us the option to change a few things if we were not satisfied. We were completely satisfied so no change was required, but we did appreciate the fact that they offered us the option to do so. This is our second time going with Atlascare, and we would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have an AC installed. Great job!

Chris and Jaime, two clean and nice-looking technicians from AtlasCare changed my hot water tank in a professional manner, leaving the place spotless and arming me with valuable knowledge of how to reduce my energy bill. Thank you for a job well done!

Sean was thorough and took the time to explain what the problem was, how he would fix it and how I could maintain it myself. He also amazingly read the model of my a/c unit - and recommended without pushing it on us that we get an estimate for a new one - explaining that the 94 model ran on freon and was less efficient and less environmentally safe.

Johnson was prompt, courteous, helpful, polite, knowledgeable, professional and unobtrusive. Another good Atlas experience. I would definitely recommend this company as prices are good and quality of advice is high, plus communication is outstanding.

Our 28-year-old air conditioner was finally starting to conk out. It was a Thursday in the middle of summer and I was anxious to get it fixed. I called Atlas, our go-to heating and cooling company for almost 10 years now, and I was able to get a same-day appointment. Del, the technician, was prompt in arriving and very courteous throughout the appointment. After he diagnosed the problem, he explained the issue thoroughly to me, as well as all of my options regarding repair and replacement. He was receptive to all of my questions and took the time to answer them fully. It became clear that the only cost-effective solution was to purchase a new air conditioner. Del did not leave until he was able to set up an appointment with a sales rep for me. We were anticipating a very hot and humid weekend in late July, and I was eager to re-instate proper air conditioning in our home. As it happened, Del was able to get a same-day appointment for me, and Rudy, a veteran sales rep with Atlas, was able to come by that same evening. Rudy is a true professional and a master at customer service. He took the time to to assess the type of air conditioner that would be most suitable for our home, and then provided a couple of options which he then explained thoroughly to me. As with Del, and all of the other administrative, sales and technical staff at Atlas that I have dealt with over the years, I truly felt like a valued customer. Both Del and Rudy told me frankly that it could take up to a week to get the new air conditioner installed. I phoned in the next day (a Friday) to let Rudy know which air conditioner we selected and he told me that Atlas would be able to install it the following day (a Saturday)! I was thrilled. Spencer and Matt showed up promptly at 8:30am, worked expertly and efficiently and installed our new air conditioner in 3 hours. In addition, they were both friendly and courteous and receptive to all of our questions. Rudy showed up afterwards to conclude our transaction. I was incredibly impressed at how truly professional everyone had been. It was wonderful. The cherry on top was that our air conditioner had broken down within the time frame of a promotion that Atlas was offering until July 31, so we also received five years free service maintenance. Hats off to you Atlas!

Requested quote for a new water heater. AtlasCare was very courteous and responsive, sending their representative to assess the job on short notice and without any cost to me. The representative arrived punctually. He took care to cover his shoes before entering our house. He was very thorough in assessing the requirements and he was courteous and amicable. He concluded by sharing his assessment including the projected cost for the installation

I had water coming from my furnace. Jerry called and told me he was on his way. Apparently the water was condensing and my spout was plugged. The spout for drainage was plugged and had to be flushed out. I didn't even know this was a maintenance matter. Very informative, polite and professional. Signed up for the AC maintenance program. Pleased all around.
