A few weeks ago we had a new Air Conditioner and Humidifier installed and was recommended at that time that I have duct work done which I did. The service was great!! After they left the Air Conditioner didn't work so I called Atlas and was told to give it time to cool down the house. I waited overnight and it was still the same temperature. I called Atlas and a technician, Rick, was out to our house in no time. It turned out that it was a fuse and that was that. Not sure what happened but the outcome for me worked out well. Thanks Rick and all the people from Atlas for such great service.

First time using AtlasCare ... great communication in advance of the appointment, on time arrival, very nice man, quality service. Would definitely recommend AtlasCare and Rick. Thank you very much..

Sean F arrived on time, was extremely courteous and explained everything he was doing for my annual air conditioning maintenance. He also suggested several ways to try and keep the upstairs cool during the summer. AtlasCare is a top notch company! I would highly recommend them for both air conditioning and heating.

My central AC unit outside broke down on the weekend (August 2019) and I have two young children, so I really just wanted someone to come quickly and fix the issue so I ended up calling AtlasCare to diagnose the problem. After trying a few things, the technician told me that my "low pressure switch is stuck open" and would be a costly repair. He also said given my unit is 14 years old, it would be better to buy a new AC instead of a costly repair. After he left, something didn't feel right, and I decided to get a second opinion (especially if I had to spend thousands of dollars on an AC) and I called another company because they were highly rated on Homestars. Their technician came and diagnosed that an earwig got caught underneath the contactor which did not allow power to continue onto the unit (see picture). Not only that, he said my AC unit does NOT HAVE A LOW PRESSURE SWITCH! AtlasCare severely misdiagnosed my issue and tried to sell me a new AC AND FURNACE! On a false diagnosis of "low pressure switch stuck open." Unbeleiveable. The other company saved me and my family thousands of dollars by repairing my AC and not having to replace it entirely. I'm sure AtlasCare has better technicians. But these upsell, pushy tactics need to stop.

After 17 years, my a/c unit was not cooling anymore. I had a service tech from another company come out. I had a cooling plan with them. I was not impressed with that company so I decided to go with AtlasCare instead after 2 days without a/c. Best choice ever! Within minutes of my call, a sales rep came to my home. Gabriel helped me pick out a suitable unit and was not pushy at all. I am quite confident in his choice. He explained everything to me. He set up an appointment for an install right away. The next day, Mike and Jack came out to install the unit. They are professional, knowledgeable, and skilled in not only making sure that the installation is perfect, but also suitable to my liking. They also cleaned up afterwards. I am very pleased with the sales and service personnel at AtlasCare. Just like the name says “care”, they really do. That makes me feel like an appreciated client, unlike the other company. I highly recommend dealing with AtlasCare.

My AC was 15 years old and quit - time for a replacement right in the middle of summer. I called AtlasCare - they contacted me back within an hour, sent a tech next morning, had the sales person in the afternoon and came to install it the next day. Tedros & Phil were right on time and did a job well done - the AC was neatly installed and they walked me through the setup along with some helpful advice. AtlasCare does what it says and I experienced the same service when I had my furnace quit on me in the winter. Great company and solid staff.

We have used Atlas Care for our Furnace/AC and Water Heater. We are very impressed by the professionalism and care to detail of all the workers we've had come through our home. Today we had Chris and Jack install our water heater and they are amazing! They laid down protective carpets, they were careful removing and installing the water heater. They cleaned up after themselves and were very informative. I tend to be a question person and they were very patient and detailed in their responses. I am so impressed by their work and would happily have these 2 back to work in our home.

The sales person Jeff, was very thorough and polite. He gave us 2 estimates within the next day, fast service. The 2 workers who came out to install the unit - Mike and Christian, did an amazing job. The quality of work was very much evident and they both made sure we were satisfied. They offered us the option to change a few things if we were not satisfied. We were completely satisfied so no change was required, but we did appreciate the fact that they offered us the option to do so. This is our second time going with Atlascare, and we would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have an AC installed. Great job!
