Aubrey came recommended to me and exceeded every expectation. Promptly returned my call in the late afternoon and was there to fix my washing machine the next morning, having picked up the part he thought was the issue before arriving. Work was done quickly and I received the added service of a thorough vacuuming of the interior of the machine that I wouldn't have been able to access easily. Have since recommended him twice in less than a week. It's so good to be able to call on someone that you feel is capable, honest and reliable - and Aubrey certainly is all that!

Aubrey came to fix our old dryer. We couldn't be more impressed. Aubrey has a great attitude, he is knowledgable and he is super efficient. His rating on this site is well deserved. We definitely recommend him.

Christmas Holiday's and dishwasher broke down! Aubrey returned my call promptly and came within 24 hours. He knows his stuff and explained everything step by step. Gave advise to be proactive. Very pleased with the service.

Our freezer conked out over the Holidays, and I went to Home Stars to find a repair service. I phoned Aubrey and he got back to me right away. The repair was then scheduled for the next morning, and Aubrey was right on time. He quickly discovered the problem, explaining this to me (a failed relay), and installed a new one that he had with him. I was amazed because the freezer is 31 years old. This experience was very positive, and I'm delighted with the result. I might add that I'm an engineer, and normally hard to please. In this instance, though, I'm more than happy with Aubrey's expertise and the very reasonable cost; and I'll count on him again for any future appliance issues.

This guy is amazing. I got a great recommendation from a friend and then my microwave died. He arrived when he said he would (amazing) he fixed the shoddy workpersonship that was done previously (wasn't the microwave but the previous poor job of wiring) and he charged me very little for the trouble-shooting and the work he did. Can't recommend him highly enough. Deserves more that a 10!

Mr. Aubrey has been to my home for different problems throughout the years and I don't hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family. He is an honest man with a lot of integrity, this I find is something that is hard to find at times and I appreciate and value. He has always made himself available, and tends to make you feel that your call is important and on top of his list. A true professional! A+++

Thanks to his wonderful reviews on Homestars, we contacted Aubrey and he was able to come by noon the following day. He is very methodical , calm, knowledgeable, experienced, and dependable. He zeroed in on what the cause was and had a retrofit part to fix the issue. No problem putting all the pieces back together, he looked at the job as a challenge and a puzzle. was in getting a part for my Samsung fridge (never buy another one) at the appliance parts store aubry was getting parts for a customer of his when he heard the part I wanted he suggested an alternative part if what I needed was not in stock (they had the part ) he also told me how to remove the cover so as not to damage anything never suggested a service call only tried to be helpful great person to talk to if I can't fix it aubry is my man

My 15-year-old refrigerator suddenly started making a loud noise, like a tractor or airplane. I called Aubrey who had fixed a dishwasher for me several years ago and left a voice mail describing the problem. Aubrey called back quickly and, even though it was late afternoon, said he would come right away. When he arrived he said he was pretty sure he knew what the problem was and proceeded to remove the parts of the fridge necessary to show me an ice build up around the fan. He thawed the ice, made sure the drain was open, and cleaned out a part on the back of the fridge, making sure it was completely free of "gunk". He then put everything back together and pushed the fridge back against the wall. Problem solved. I would recommend Aubrey to anyone who wants prompt, efficient and friendly appliance repair services.

Great! 2nd time calling Aubrey. Diagnosed problem over the phone, showed up with what he needed and fixed my machine! Will definitely be calling Aubrey again anytime I break anything!
