Aubrey saved Christmas. 2 weeks to Christmas our stove stopped working, Aubray came to asses the work in less then 24 hours and in short order sourced the part and installed it. He's not only good at what he does he's a sweet and personable man.

I came back from a vacation to find my fridge warm. I called a few companies that were recommended by the manufacturer, but both told me that my (2 year old!) fridge had "too many issues" and that I might as well buy a new fridge. I decided to call someone independent: Aubrey. I left him a voicemail and he responded within a few hours. He would have come the same day, but I couldn't get home in time, so he came the next day at 5:30 pm, to allow me time to get home from work. He was careful about putting down a cloth to keep the floor clean and quickly diagnosed a possible problem. He put in a new part and the fridge was fixed, for about 1/5th the cost of a new fridge. He also cleared out a clog that was causing some internal water pooling. The entire time he was in my home: 45 minutes. Aubrey is professional, and I highly recommend him.

Aubrey was courteous, prompt and thorough. He looked beyond the original issue and fixed something that I didn't know was broken but made our washing machine run even better. I would definitely use his service again.

I always call Aubrey now. He's methodical, thoughtful, quiet, and brings real know-how without the bluster. For this job, he worked out why our stove had stopped lighting, and gave us advice on what to do next. A simple job but it was nice not to be pressured into buying parts or doing anything expensive.

Aubrey came over to fix a problem with our fridge not cooling properly. He didn't provide an estimate over the phone (smart, because he later explained there's no way to tell what the problem is without doing an inspection). He was polite, efficient, professional and washed his hands before touching the fridge. He explained what the problem was, fixed it and told us how to prevent it in the future. His rates weren't cheap but seem in line with the industry average and he got the job done. Highly recommend.

Appliances always pick the worst times to break down, and ours was no different! My wife and I were 9 months pregnant, and had all kinds of new and used baby clothing and bedding that needed to be cleaned. When our Dryer broke down, I didn’t know where to turn. I found Aubrey online, read through his incredible reviews, and thought….. I have to give this man a call. I’m so very glad I did! Aubrey returned my call very quickly, and made changes to his schedule to accommodate us. Diagnosing the issue was a snap for Aubrey – you can tell he really knows his stuff, and has all kinds of experience. Not only did he fix the issue for us, but he went the extra mile (and then some!) in terms of servicing and cleaning the whole unit, and then making sure we LEARNED how to avoid the same issue, and others like it, from happening again. You can tell that Aubrey truly cares about his customers, and about his customers homes, families, and budget. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, and did it all with a warm smile. I honestly felt like a family friend on account of how helpful he was… going so far as to even follow up a few weeks later to make sure that everything was still ok. Aubrey is the service provider that we all HOPE for when we have to make that call, and other providers could learn a lot from his example. Now that I’ve found him, I’m holding on to his business card forever (or at least until he retires!). If you have need for a miracle worker, call Aubrey. It’s been about 2 months (if not more) since our service call – and I’ve been meaning to write this very well deserved review ever since. Aubrey was that good. Thanks a million Aubrey!

I have never posted anything in a comment section....EVER, but I had to write a review today. Aubrey saved the day! Our fridge was making a constant clicking noise and had stopped cooling. Being a stay at home mom (making all my kid's meals), I was desperate to get this fixed. We called around to a few places, but nobody could come today. I left a message with Aubrey and he called me back within 20 minutes. He was on the road to another job, but said that a broken down fridge was a priority!!!! He said he would be at my place within 30 minutes and turned around! Now that is service! Aubrey is a professional and honest man. He knew exactly what the issue was and was neat and tidy while working. He got the job done within an hour and our fridge is back up and running! Aubrey showed up on time and did a great job always taking care to be neat and tidy. As for the blocked drain in my bottom mount freezer he went above and beyond in pulling out the appliance and modifying the drain nipple so that it would be less likely to clog in the future!

Aubrey is a gem! He has serviced almost every appliance in my house for the last 6 years and each time I got honest service with a smile! He keeps his work area tidy, and respects my home like it's his! I would recommend him to everyone!
