We've had Aubrey come out three separate occasions to fix our dryer, fridge and dishwasher. Each time he's been punctual, professional and friendly, as well as being very patient with our curious little ones. I particularly appreciate that he takes the time to explain the problem to me rather than just telling me what it's going to cost. I recommend him highly.

We love Aubrey! We are so happy to have found him and we call only him whenever we need an appliance repaired. He is honest and punctual and very competent. We hope he never retires!

Aubrey was the first I called when my machine died based on the homestars rating. I was not disappointed. More than punctual, honest, very pleasant and obviously knows what he's doing ... he fixed our problem within the day.

Our twenty year old Maytag washer suddenly flooded our basement while I was doing laundry. We called Aubrey and he was perfect to deal with. He was completely honest, reliable, careful, a clean worker, and very pleasant. He fixed the washer using authentic parts so it will last for years more, as I can't get another down my narrow steps too easily or without spending a lot of money. Highly recommend and am so pleased to have at last found an excellent appliance repairman!

I called Aubrey in to fix a leaking washing machine. Without wasting my time and money he quickly assessed the cost of repair was going to be much higher than the replacement. I appreciated his honesty.

Aubrey was able to diagnose the issue over the phone. He was accurate, efficient, prompt, courteous and went out of his way to come to the service appointment even after he was finishing an already long day.

We'd used Aubrey years ago to repair an old fridge stove and saved his card (thankfully). Our washer quit working a week before we were set to pack up our house for a renovation. Aubrey came by on a day's notice and thought he had it fixed (staying until 9 pm to get it sorted out) - unfortunately it failed again right after he left so we had to have him back. It ended up taking a few attempts but he finally got it. All the time he kept us posted, calling when he promised and showing up when he said he would. In the end he was way more than fair on what he charged us. I'd recommend Aubrey to anyone anytime.

I say quite truthfully that Aubrey is a gift to his profession. We have had him over to do repairs twice now and both experiences were exceptional. Aubrey knows his stuff and will make the appropriate repairs for a very fair price. But he's also a genuinely lovely,person, very easygoing and patient. But what sets hm apart is his customer service. We had booked Aubrey to come on a Friday to fix our washing machine. Aubrey had a prior job about 45 minutes' drive from us and had attempted to reaches by phone to say he was delayed. He was noble to get through or leave a message so at 6pm, he drove across town as soon as he could and fixed the machine. On a Friday night! He felt terrible that he couldn't reach us and didn't want us to think he blew us off so he gave up his hard-earned Friday night for us. What a rare quality. His work is outstanding and so is he. Never hesitate to give Aubrey a call.

I've used Aubrey once before and was very happy with his work. This time he repaired my washing machine. He turned it on, listened, and said he'd get a part from his car and be right back. He came back with it, took the washing machine apart, pulled the identical piece out and showed me it was broken, and then rebuilt it. He also vacuumed the inside of the machine, and cleaned up after himself vacuuming the work area and around the machine as well. I feel he is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have recommended him to others and they were equally impressed.

I've used Aubrey several times for repairs, mostly he came on time and fixed nicely all the problems. In one case he didn't call back despite many messages we left and didn't say he doesn't want the job. Missed reliability so now I am switching.
