I have used Aubrey's services on at least 3 occasions and each time he has done an excellent job. He usually is able to come on the same day and is always pleasant and professional.

I have used Aubrey's services a few times. He responds quickly and does a great job for a reasonable price. I also have recommended him and my friend was equally impressed.

We contacted Aubrey because our dryer was leaving scorch/rust marks on our clothes. Aubrey was able to diagnose the problem and did a thorough repair and service, even though the dryer was in an inconvenient location. The only reason I didn't rate this service as a '10' was that it was very difficult to get from Aubrey an estimate of the actual cost of the repair/service. That said, he did a great job, and we would definitely use him again.

Our fridge was louder than a roadside construction site. I called Aubrey and he returned within a half an hour and arranged a time frame to come by that worked for my schedule. He took me through the entire process as he worked so I would have a better understanding of my fridge. Some of the tips I can easily do myself the next time. Aubrey was congenial, respectful, and charming. He worked fast while still being careful to take things step by step. He's also a very dapper dresser! I'd definitely recommend him.

I called Aubrey in to fix my Jenn-Air Range. (He had done repairs for us on another appliance a couple of years ago) The flat control panel for my stove had stopped working and of course it was out of warranty. Aubrey came to the conclusion that the problem was condensation in the panel, which shorted out the wiring. Unfortunately, this meant that a new part had to be ordered, which was very expensive as it included the stainless steel front panel of the stove. Aubrey did a good job replacing it and has always been very honest and courteous in his dealings with us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Aubrey called me back immediately after I left a message for him. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He identified the problem with our very old fridge that had started leaking. We did need to defrost it and so he came back the next day to resolve the issue. Reasaonable rates and excellent service. We will certainly call him again for all our future appliance repairs, and recommend him to our friends.

Writing this story presents quite a dilemma. If I am truthful about what a great job Aubrey does, he'll get so busy that when i need him again, I won't be able to get him. On the other hand, Aubrey is so skilled and responsible that he deserves the praise that I heap on him. When our Amana refrigerator failed on a Sunday, I placed a call to his voicemail. He called back first thing Monday morning and arrived early that afternoon. Based on what I told him on the phone, he "guessed" which part had failed and brought it with him. He was right! Where other service providers would have made 2 trips, he solved the problem in 1 -- saving us money and, more important, getting the beer cold again. This man is a treasure. Just don't go telling everyone!

The washer wouldn't drain and indicated a blockage. Aubrey, unlike some of the larger companies I sent e-mails to, responded promptly. He came early and was quick to find the problem, showing me the bobbie-pin that caused it. A nice guy, small operator who appears to be proud of his work and anxious to please.

My dishwasher was deteriorating and as I was researching new dishwasher prices and brands, when I discovered the HomeStar Website. Audrey had lots of great feedback so I reconsidered getting a repair instead of making a new purchase. I was thrilled that he quickly resolved the situation with a new part and did so at a very reasonable fee. I just saved myself a lot of money, thanks to HomeStar and Aubrey!! I'd recommend him to anyone and want to spread the word in my condo. Many residents have the same dishwasher and I suspect they will soon be experiencing the same issue I just faced. I want them to know they don't need to buy a new dishwasher, when Aubrey can fix the problem much more affordably (and professionally, too!).

Aubrey is the appliance magician. My dishwasher wasn't rinsing properly and as a consequence was leaving "bits" on dishes. Aubrey recognized the problem immediately and an hour later it was fixed. This is the second time I've called with a problem and he is always courteous and cares about his customers. If appliances are giving you problems call Aubrey first you wont be disappointed.
