    Garage door spring

    Great service same day. Ryan showed up to my house to replace my garage door spring. Very professional and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work I will use this company again

    Garage Door Panel Repairs

    Excellent professional service fixing two damaged garage door panels. Within a week of sending a couple of pictures to Aurora Overhead Door, they contacted me to set up a date for the repair. The only evidence they left behind after repairing the door panels was a perfect garage door. Thanks!

    Pesky garage door opener

    We've used Aurora Overhead Door Inc. several times since they installed new garage door openers for us in 2002, including repairing 30+ year old broken cables, installing new doors, new tracks, new key pad, reprogramming codes etc. Front desk staff (Debbie) is always friendly and helpful, as are the sales staff. Most recently we've had interactions with very pleasant and knowledgeable service providers - Ryan and today, Rob. I have been very impressed with their analytical skills, and when we thought that we required the installation of a new garage door opener, Rob was able to discover the problem and fix it, without the expense of a new opener. Capability and honesty - I highly recommend Aurora Overhead Door Inc.

    Work was great - price was not

    Was very happy with the service, it was quick and did what I asked but when I was invoiced 30% more than I was quoted, I was confused. Called for a resolution only to have the manager and yell at me, the owner get on the phone and yell at me, and then call me back 10 minutes late to yell at me again. I'd avoid them.

    Hi Glen, we admit we became exasperated with you when we did our best to provide prompt service during the Christmas holidays and nobody was at your home at the time we agreed. As regards the pricing we quoted the entire job and parts accurately after we had determined what had broken. Your wife gave us the go ahead to install a set of cables on both garage doors. The total amount you were billed was exactly as quoted. We spent a long time with you on the phone trying to explain the listing on the invoice.

    Custom Doors

    We used Aurora Overhead Door to have 3 custom doors added onto a BBQ enclosure in our backyard. Simao was great to work with, came out took the measurements and helped us with picking a colour. When the doors arrived there were a few small issues and Simao came back out and resolved everything to 100% satisfaction. We had a great result and great experience working with them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    Garage Door Replacement

    Just wanted to say thank you to everyone at AOD for a great job! Fast service by Ryan, sales help from Jason, scheduling by Debbie, and an incredibly quick and clean installation by Omar. The new doors are a real improvement. They not only add to the look of our home, but they are much quieter, and are clearly a step-up in quality and durability. Thanks!

    Garage door spring replacement

    I installed a torquemaster spring system years ago only to find out you can only get replacement springs from the US. Aurora Overhead Door recommended to switch to a torsion spring as the most economic way to go. The office staff was very knowledgeable and professional in working with me. Ryan, the install tech did a great job and was very professional, clean and courteous. Definitely a company to call!

    Garage door service

    Placed a service request on-line on the Friday to service one of my garage doors that was uneven (gap at the bottom) and also heavy. Ian called on Sunday and arranged for a service on Monday (the next day). Ryan arrived in the afternoon; levelled BOTH doors, adjusted springs and lubed doors. Excellent service... excellent job!! Also the price was considerably lower than a competitor (who wouldn't actually come to Mount Albert as it was outside their area) said it would cost.

    Garage Doors

    We contracted for 47 new overhead doors for a condo complex. Excellent quality, excellent price, stayed on schedule. A pleasure to do business with. They got the job over 6 competitors and significant due diligence.

    garage door repair

    Excellent customer service from the first call. The service truck arrived as scheduled, the work required was explained and completed promptly and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Aurora Overhead Door Inc. We have always found this company extremely responsive.
