    Crawl space waterproofing membrane

    Our crawl space had a damp dirt floor. Basement Systems came in and installed a waterproof membrane, insulated perimeter walls, replaced the sump pump and installed a dehumidifier. From the initial survey to the completion of the job, we were very pleased with the professionalism and service provided by Basement Systems (Jordan and Gloria Gloria). Great communication and friendly service! Highly recommend them.

    Crawl space cleaning and repair

    The crawl space needed to be cleaned and sealed by replacing the damaged insulation to minimize energy loss in the main house

    Leaking Basement

    Ryan was efficient, friendly and very capable. His work was excellent and very neat. He was a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend this company.

    Crawl space

    Damp mildewy crawl space need to be sealed and a dehumidifier. BSV did an excellent job in assessing the space and informing us what was needed. The job was completed before Christmas and it was nice to have it all done.

    Fixed up my crawlspace!

    My crawlspace was not an inviting space to be in and quite dusty and rough. Basement Systems came in to clean it up, insulate it and create a comfortable space to literally crawl around in! It is clean, tidy and inviting now!

    Crawl space vapor barrier and insulation

    Steve and the team did a great job! The team showed up on time, finished the job on time. They helped remove the debris that has been sitting inside the crawl space for who knows how long. They also looked at the quality of the beams that is supporting to the whole house and told us that we don't have to worry about it for another a couple of years, and in no way pressuring us to spend more than what we need. My house is noticeably warmer following the job too. My husband is happy because he has more storage space for his toys now too. Highly recommended.

    The Pro

    Gerald provide a very reasonable quote to deal with the humidity in a crawl space. The technician came in on time and installed a dehumidifier professionally. The whole project was completed in less than 4 weeks. Highly recommended!

    Basement repair

    I had a crack in the basement wall where water was leaking in. I called basement systems Vancouver. They came by and repaired it. The person was polite and courteous. Hopefully that solves this problem. I would recommend them to my family and friends,
