Crawl space encapsulation
The company did an excellent job on all fronts. They spotted structural issue that we had fixed. We felt supported with each step, and wouldnt hesitate to recommend Basement Systems.

Crawl space clean-out
I have quite a shallow crawl space which has suffered over the years from rodents, racoons etc. What a mess. These guys went in and cleaned up all the fallen insulation, vacuumed up the debris and left it spotless! No way I was climbing in there, it's not fro the claustrophobic. Well done, guys!

Foundation crack repairs
We were selling a home and a few things were found to be deficient upon home inspections that were performed. One of which were some cracks in the foundation in a crawlspace. So we searched for a reliable contractor to repair these cracks. Basement Systems were called for this work because of the reported dependability and reliability. They responded to our request and came to the location for a proper inspection for quoting purposes. After quoting, they were given the "go ahead" and they were able to complete the job successfully in a very timely manner. The work appears very professionally done and we are very satisfied with the job they did. Also, the people we dealt with were polite, understanding of our needs and did exactly what they had promised. Thank you very much.

Exceptional Crawl Space Repair and Floor Stabilization

Foundation Crack Repairs
Had Jordan from BSV do an inspection and quote to repair cracks in the slab foundation of our house. He explained what he saw and the recommended solution - digging down, injection of epoxy and carbon mesh reinforcement. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the service and results. The last photo is the finished work on a different crack from the first 2 as I didnt get a photo before the hole was filled.

Foundation crack repair, pipe penetration repair
Professional from initial phone call to scheduled estimate to actual work being done. Technician on time and despite a problem with his pump completed the job on the day it was scheduled.
