    Crawl space

    Crawl space was heated but also vented. We were losing heat and on the verge of mold starting. We are warmer and have less moisture on our windows. Very happy.

    Crawl space encapsulation

    Excellent job. Professional and personable crew headed by foreman Steven who kept us informed of progress and cleaned up at the end of everyday. Really appreciated the daily job discussions and explanation of work performed. Already noticing a positive impact in the insulation and overall warmth in our home. Highly recommend.

    Repair of liner

    Great job of repair to vapour barrier liner! Looks new again! Exceptional service. Reliable and supportive. Highly recommend.

    Basement clean

    I had crawl space done about 12 years ago. And have been very happy with results It was in pretty good shape but needed couple of repairs and a good clean Person who came was excellent, friendly helpful and very hard worker. Efficient. 10/10 for him Best money Ive spent in a long time!

    Smart Pump & Ultra Pump Basement install

    Replace our basement sump(25 yrs old) with new sump system & backup battery , quieter and will let me sleep at night when it is raining and /or power failure could happen, install technician was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and did a great job , left the job site clean and spotless

    sump pump and crawlspace drainage

    I had Basement Systems Vancouver in to deal with moisture in our crawl space and to install a sump pump. Fraser quoted the work and explained how best to fix the moisture situation. Ryan and his helper who did the work were very professional and accommodating. Ryan did a great job hiding the plumbing coming to and from the sump pump. They did a much better job than i was expecting. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks, John

    Excellent

    Technician very thorough and professional. You could 'eat off the floor' in our crawlspace he did such a fantastic job. Crawlspace looks amazing. Big job as a dryer vent at one time was broken and deposited lint everywhere underneath in crawlspace. Very pleased with the quality of work!

    Great service

    Friendly, responsive and great service. Basement Systems did an awesome job cleaning out our crawl space as well as giving us some different options and suggestions. Highly recommend!

    Crawlspace Insulation and foundation crack mitigation

    I was very happy with the work completed by Basement Systems Vancouver Inc. They were a pleasure to deal from the quote process, through to the installation and clean up. The job was done quickly and with excellent attention to detail. The living area over and around the crawlspace is no longer drafty or chilly as well. I am very happy with the results. The installers also went through everything with me once it was complete. They were a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend using Basement Systems Vancouver Inc for your basement or crawlspace installation needs.

    Crawlspace Cleaning

    The technician did a very thorough job and when he was finished asked me to view the cleaned out crawlspace. It was done perfectly! I couldnt be happier.
