    Foundation wall crack

    I've had two foundation cracks repaired by Basement Systems Vancouver, 20 years apart. Both times the repair was done quickly and thoroughly and held up over time. Bargain price, considering how critical it is to keep water out. Thank you so much.

    All good with us

    We heard of Basement Systems Vancouver on the radio and asked their advice for our damp crawl space. Then we installed a humidifier with them and so far, all is good with us. - DA

    Insulation work

    My experience with Basement Systems has been very good. I needed some insulation in my basement and Fraser was very knowledgeable on how to go about doing the job most efficiently. I intend to use Basement Systems to do more work in the coming months. They communicate well, show up on time and do a good job.

    Amazing Work!

    My window well ties were rotting and needed to be replaced. After calling about 15 companies, basement systems Vancouver was the only one who responded in a timely manner and was very professional in all aspects such as phone manner, coming out for estimate, etc. I watched the two gentlemen take out the old rotted wood and replace with new ties and they worked hard and with care to do a professional job! I would Recxomend this company to anyone.

    Crawl space renovation

    I would like to thank Fraser for his detailed explanation of how my crawl space renovation would be. He took time to explain the entire process and was very thorough. The work began earlier than expected which was great and preferred. Kofi and his colleague did a great job of clearing out the debris and installing the floor membrane/insulation and encapsulation. I would like to thank the team at Basement Systems Vancouver Inc for their efforts in getting my work done efficiently and in a timely manner.

    Basement nice issue

    Had a huge issue with mice getting over my foundation and I had a dirt floor. They fixed both

    Basement flood prevention trench and sump installation

    We had a basement flood due to record rainfall. We originally hired plumbers to work on our exterior perimeter drainage system to remediate the cause of the flood. The water ingress continued. We got a quote from them for interior trench and sump installation. We got a second quote from Basement Systems, that was cheaper, for more work done. Their technician came out for a house call and assessment. He was very professional, courteous and reassuring. The contractors that did the installation work were just as professional, courteous and reassuring as the technician. As new problems were discovered that were outside of the original work order quote, the contractors solved those problems for no extra cost. The work only finished 1 day over the original approximation despite all of the extra work they had to do for us. Once finished they thoroughly explained everything top to bottom, covering all information they had explained piecemeal throughout the process of each day. They were confident in their work and let us know we could contact them for any reason regarding the new system.

    Saved us!

    Several years ago, I noticed a musty smell in the house. We discovered moisture leaks in the crawlspace from the ground below. We had a different company put a sump pump in but they did a terrible job and it didnt work. Then I discovered basement systems and they came and lined our entire crawlspace installed a sump pump with a back up battery. Its been problem free ever since. We just had them do some more follow up work, completing some insulation in the crawlspace and some repair one previous leak along time ago and they did a wonderful job. Thank you for saving us.!

    Sump Pump System installation

    We just had a sump pump installation recently and the work was done excellently. Special thanks to Fraser explained the work procedure clearly in the initial meeting and the foreman Kofi answered our queries and gave us professional advice throughout the construction.

    Foundation leak repaired

    Basement Systems fixed the gap between the foundation footing and the concrete slab by injetting the sealing compound. Despite the short notice they found the recourses and did it professionally and on time. Thank you, guys.
