Had a big leak from the roof, the water source had to be traced and the leak had to be fixed and it was done in a very professional and timely manner. The water damage inside was fixed as well and again on time and a great job overall! Will use them again and highly recommend!

I called Better Contracting after a windstorm tore off shingles from our 4-year old roof. They were very upfront and honest about pricing and timelines. When they arrived, they inspected the entire roof, patched the areas that were missing shingles, and gave me a full report and recommendations for moving forward. They were willing to answer all of the questions that I had. Unfortunately, it looks like my roof will need more work in the near future (I found another builder shingle on the ground). I will absolutely be calling Better Contracting for it.

I was so impressed with Better Contracting Services. No one plans for a roof leak and we were totally stressed about it. Better Contracting came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Not only did the team come out to see us so quickly, they also fixed the issue on the spot and provided me with some great expert advice. I would absolutely recommend them and will use them again.

Mike and his team are top-notch professional roofers. Multiple family members of mine have used Better Contracting Services in the past with positive experiences which is the reason why I reached out to Mike. Now that I have had my roof replaced by Mike's crew I too can say the experience was excellent. They showed up when they said & cleaned up after. So, a very clean worksite. Then discovered squirrels had eaten my electrical. So, I had to bring an electrician in for 2 days. Then the foam people. They were able to adapt to the changing time frames. Also, to come back after the foam people finished in the morning. To put a base layer to cover the roof. Yes, they finished late, but a first cover. So that was great, as there was the possibility of rain that night. Then came back the next day to finish the roof. Very professional, and prompt. I will recommend to anyone to use them. Will use them when my main roof needs replacing next.

Unbeatable value for the cost. Complete water protection includes Waterproof Membrane, Water-Resistant Underlayment, Starter Shingles, Hip & Ridge Shingles & Ventilation Caps. So what does this all mean, in short before the roof shingles are applied your complete roof, from edge to top center, will be covered with the underlayment's. They also provide drip edges, replace all exhaust ventilation caps/vents, and they also replace all the flashing. The flashing would be the metal pieces you would see along side the brick connecting to the roof. Most other fly-by companies do not do this. You thought that was all, there's more. They will also take precautions to protect your home & lawn from any debris that occurs, they also provide the large waste bins as part of the offering. Did I mention they take precautions to not put sink-marks in your driveway when delivering the bin. The team is courteous & polite and you wouldn't even notice they were there, with the exception of all the banging on the roof. Now the important part the cost. Yeah it's up there compared to the person that approaches you at your driveway that will do the job for 5-6K. However keep this in mind, that lower cost is for a reason, they will complete the job in less than 8 hours, yes less than 8 hours. However Better Contracting will take close to 2.5 days to complete your roof, of course depending on the size and severity of the repairs needed. Did I mention they also use top of the line shingles with 50 year product warranty, and a 10 year workmanship warranty. So if you do the simple math Better Contracting is a better cost value proposition. In short go with the best, there's a reason why they are Mike Holmes approved and featured in all the Holmes TV series when a roof repair is needed. I called Michael when my new roof (installed by another company) had a leak. Micheal was very accommodating and sent someone out to look at it right away. Thankfully it was a small repair and due to the speedy response, it saved water damage and a costly repairs in my bathroom below. I was pleasantly surprised with the service on such a small job. I would highly recommend BCS!

I used them B4 to repair my two Valleys in 2021 then as today Adriano and his crew did a fabulous job. They finished today May 26 2022 in replacing 8 shingles that blew off in the storm which included cleaning up after their work. They were faster than I could have imagined. I can recommend them for any roof repair work they are excellent.

We had our roof replaced in April 2022. Working with Better Contracting was easy from the initial quote request call to the actual installation. The staff took their time to explain the roofing products, warranties, various options and answered all my numerous questions. The installation crew took care of the surrounding property. They lay down tarp over the deck to protect it. At the end of each day, the crew cleaned up and ensured all debris was placed in the bin. Once the job was completed, they spent time ensuring no nails or garbage was left behind. Customer Service was great! Whenever I call the office, someone always answers and they are always helpful and pleasant.
