We contracted Beverly Hills Home Improvements to replace all the windows and patio doors at our home after receiving and reviewing quotes from 3 other companies. We couldn't be happier with the job that was done. Their staff, from the sales rep (Tom Kelly) to the installers, was friendly, courteous and professionsl. The workmanship, inside and out, is exceptional. The proof is in the pudding......our natural gas usage so far this winter is down 15%. Our neighbours have already used Beverly Hills to replace some of their windows.

I wanted a Bay Window in my Living Room primarily and to replace the side door with Transom. I chose 7 companies to do this job after checking with Home Stars and the BBB, selecting the companies with good reputations. Beverley Hills was the last one to give me a quote and I had to wait almost a month for their salesman. The other companies were either higher priced, wanted to do all my windows and doors, or were only going to replace the existing Living Room window, not do a full tear out down to the bricks. Beverley Hills was one of only two who would do a tear-out. For the price, Beverley Hills would give me triple pane glass which none of the others were offering,the full tear out of both window and door, a coating on the window that allows the window to clean itself and the grills in the window to make it look colonial. The other companies didn't want to add the grills for some reason. The price Beverley Hills gave me was the lowest of all. On the day when they arrived to do the window, they were punctual, they worked quickly but had to return the next day to finish the inside of the window. They gave me a beautiful solid wood seat with no seams in the bay window and did an excellent job on the door. The workers spoke little English they were European but they did such a fabulous job I didn't care. They cleaned up after themselves both inside and outside. Excellent workmen. When they were done I realized the panes of glass in the Bay window did not have the grills I ordered. I phoned them and was immediately told that it was the manufacturers fault and they would notify Vinyl Window Designs and have them fix the problem. I thought it would be a long wait, but within a few days I received a call from the manufacturer, and they said it would be about 3 weeks before I had my new window panes with grills. Exactly 3 weeks later the manufacturer had their installer here with my new panes of glass. It took him half a day to replace the panes but he did an excellent job too. I would definitely use both Beverley Hills and buy Vinyl Window Designs windows again. Errors occur sometimes but the way the error was handled was professional and I quickly received my replacement glass. I can't say enough good things about these two companies.

It was a great experience right from the 1st interview with the salesman. Great serviceman and installers. Very courteous and very clean. They have made a world of difference in our old home making it look ndw once again. I have recommended them to my family and friends and will continue to do so!

We had our main floor windows replaced in 2004 and we have had no problems with them. We had great customer service, and all windows were completed within two days. When received a number of estimates, and Beverley was the best in terms of price and warranty. When we decide to replace our second floor windows, it will be Beverley Hills we'll be calling.

The installation was completed on the day it was promised, and the quality of the windows is excellent, with very competetive pricing. We were completely satisfied with all work done in time line and excellent service. We were pleased with all facets of the service, installation, and price. It improved the look and efficiency of our heating and cooling costs. We would at no time hesitate to have work done again by this very reputable company.

I don't normally take the time to do something like this but i was so impressed - I decided i would. From the very first call i made to Beverley Hills i was treated courtiously and proffesionaly. I called two other companies as well so i know , through personal experience , there are varying levels of service ouy there. Anyway - Ray came out to meet with me and did a very detailed presentation of the products and how they would be installed. The triple pane windows for no additional was the clincher for me. Installation day was a little later than i thought but the end result was worth the wait ! I completely changed the colour scheme on my home with the new siding and it looks great.The guys did a real neat job on my windows and door to . I have already passed on the word to my friends. Well done Beverley Hills !

London, Ontario Terrible Job!!!!!! After our salesman told us that this job would be done on time because we were in before the homeshow, well that didn't happen because we waited for the second re-measure to happen - after that happened the windows and door were installed on June 19th 07 - Only to get home and see they were the wrong size windows and wrong size door - their mistake! from second re-measure. New Windows and door were installed on July 10th 07 - Joe and John did a very nice job to install the windows but am still waiting to this date September 20th for the job to be completed! the sliding door has marks in the glass - new door is ordered again and the screen that goes with it is still the wrong size also will be replaced when the new sliding door is installed for the 3rd time also not done yet is the plugs to go over the screw holes and move down the bumper so that the second lock does not hit it first before the door hits the bumper. We were told about the easy clean windows so that you take a hose to clean them - Wrong! that does not work! I wish i had my old windows back in because they were alot easier to clean than the new ones - Easyclean does not work! I've spent alot of time working out the problems with my windows - something that should have been easy has been a nightmare. I've spent $8000 and would i use this company again? ???????? the money they could have made - and we keep on getting pushed back on the list because they are to busy.

I cannot say enough about this company , they were excellent with the whole expereince, I had no idea on how to go ahead and get new windows and doors , the sales representative took his time to explain to me and my husband exactly how much it would cost us, exactly how the whole process would take place Not only did he explain it to us the install happened on time and the installers did an excellent job and they took their time to show us how the windows worked , how to clean them There was nothing they did not tell us, the cost was right on and the customer service was terrific they kept us informed to what was happening and when we were to expect our installation which was right on the time we were told by our sales representative. We are now sitting enjoying the windows and the new doors really made us feel like we were living in a million dollar home , We would recomend this company with out hesitation, and if we ever need more work we will be calling Beverley Hills Home improvement again with out hesitation. This compay stands by what they sold us and we are extermely happy with this expereince.
