I had my windows and patio door replaced by Beverley Hills about 3 years ago. The product is excellent, but more importantly the customer service was exceptional. The installers were polite, friendly and fast workers. They also did follow up calls to make sure that the windows and door were working properly.

From the outset they were very friendly and professional. I was very impressed with the quality of the windows and door they installed. They arrived, replaced the windows, cleaned up and left all within 4 hours! I was especially impressed by how neat and tidy they were; they covered everything with drop sheets and didn't leave a trace behind. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great quick service and high quality products.

Not only was the installation great but the service was wonderful. They honor their warrenty and have come back when necessary. We would highly recommend using them. We had no complaints.

The installer and the company were just fantastic. This is the second time I've had windows installed by Beverley Hills Home Improvements. The first time (5 years ago) they put in a beautiful bay window at the front of our home as well as the rest of the upstaris. This last time they replaced all my basement windows and installed two new doors. It took them two days to complete the job, but when it was done I had absolutely no mess to clean up and nothing to do but show off our new doors and windows. My wife and I are elated and still are 5 years(the first windows installation) and 6 months after the last installation. I would recommend this company to everyone and will continue to so.

Im not sure wether or not to blame the company or the windows (which were ordered through them). The weight of the windows is too much to actually keep a window open. This was happening on 2 windows in the house. You would open the window and it would just slide back down and close itself due to the weight. The company did show up like they said they would and stayed til it was finished. Didn't really have many problems orther than the one listed.

Just a quick note to say that I was very impressed with the quality of the windows and the skill of the installers. I would happily recommend this company to my friends and family. Beverley Hills Windows had competitive pricing too!

After 18 years in the home we built ourselves, my husband and I decided it was time for some renovations. With the rising cost of hydro and gas, we both decided that windows was our number one priority! We contacted many companys for estimates. After meeting with the sales rep. for Beverley Hills Home Reno. we where sold, literally!! We found them both very informative, and helpful with our selection. The friendly and always curtious assistance from our sales rep. as well as his staff was outstanding. Their quick service also outstanding. The product outstanding, and we instantly noticed the differnce in the cost of maintaining our home. My husband and I both agree that this was the best money we ever spent. Our only regret was not contacting Beverley Hills Home Renovations sooner!

We replaced 2 large picture windows in our family room. Window quality, price and installation were very satisfactory. Worksite was left clean inside and out. Company gave us free upgrade on windows. All condensation and cold problems were rectified and we are definitely saving on our heating and comfort cost. We will definitely return to Beverly Hills for all our renovation needs and will continue to recommend them to others.

After having our large bay window replaced and quite satisfied with the job we decided to replace all our lower windows (9) the following year. This year we replaced the remaining 7. Several neighbours watched the installation and the performance of the product for the last three years. Three have now ordered new windows. I was greatly impressed with Art Hebert/sales and Deborah McLean/marketing. Have received one referral cheque,awaiting two more. Thanks again .Ed

WE WERE LOOKING TO GET SIDING ON OUR HOUSE ,OUR NEIGHBOR HAD BEVERLEY HILLS COME IN TO DO THERES, WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH THE WORK SO CALL OURSELFS, BILL WHO WAS OUR CREW LEADER WAS EXCELLENT HE DID THE WORKS AS IF IT WAS HIS OWN HOME, TALKING THE TIME EVERY DAY TO SEE IF WE WERE SATIFIED WITH THE WORK HE DID THAT DAY AND EVERY DAY AFTER THAT.WE WERE SO IMPRESSED BY HIS WORK I RECOMMENDED THE COMPANY TO A GOOD FRIEND OF MINE AND NOW THEY ARE ALSO USING THEM TO DO THERE RENOVATIONS.... THANKS AGAIN
