    Flooring reno

    Effortless purchase; 20 minutes from start to finish ... after looking all over for Bamboo flooring! Product was in stock, all other retailers needed between 5 and 21 days for stock to be shipped! The regular price here is less than other retailers sale price!! Sales reps Sandra and Nidhi were amazing!

    Recreation Room Floor

    We were in the market for Laminate Flooring and were complete novices. Then we encountered Lena, the store manager. This lady was awesome. Lena, had a lot of useful information to offer us. She knows her flooring. The advice she offered was useful in picking our the correct product we required for our particular job. What I liked was the time Lena spent with us. She was not short on the customer service. There was a wide selection of flooring to choose from and adequate parking in front of the store. In my humble opinion Brampton Hardwood Flooring on Caledonia Rd., Toronto was a good shopping experience.

    product and installation

    I recently placed an order with Brampton Hardwood to supply and install wood flooring in my dining room and living room. The reason I decided to go with this company was because Brampton Hardwood had done my family room several years ago and I’d been impressed by the service and installation. However, as the photos show, the quality of work done by Brampton Hardwood this time is far from satisfactory. Despite several conversations with the manager, Vince, I have been unable to resolve this matter, I have also left several voice mail messages with Operations Manager Joe, but my calls have gone answered. The installer, John, did come back to look at his installation and, in his opinion, it looked fine. He offered to fix it up with stain and glue but would not be prepared to remove and replace any of the defects. Since this was unacceptable to me, he was asked to leave. In addition to the above problems, I have also been charged for a quart of stain that may have been signed for by the installer but was never delivered. Since I paid Brampton Hardwood for the flooring and the installation, I contacted Vince the day after the installation to advise him of my dissatisfaction and asked him not to pay the installer until the matter had been resolved. However, he has gone ahead and paid the installer against my instructions. In order to achieve a somewhat satisfactory outcome to this very unpleasant experience with Brampton Hardwood, I would suggest the following steps be taken: 1. an independent inspection by Brampton Hardwood 2. A complete refund of the installation charge that I paid up from to Brampton Hardwood on March 25th 2014, who advised they would be unable to go ahead with the order unless I paid in advance for both the product and the installation. Brampton Hardwood were very confident their installer would do a good job and he was highly recommended by their sales associate. 3. A refund for the stain that was never delivered In closing, I would like to reiterate how angry I am that Brampton Hardwood chose to pay their installer the full amount of the installation despite having been advised on April 1st 2014 in my conversation with Vince that I was dissatisfied with the work.

We already offered to refund you for any product that was not delivered, and the installer has always been willing and ready to return. It was you who denied him any opportunity to do so. As you pointed out, our inspection did not reveal any problems and we would in fact welcome an inspection by an independent, NWFA qualified flooring inspector as we are certain that the findings would be the same. However, you would have to arrange for this inspection, as it would not be very "independent" if we did so. We look forward to hearing how you wish to proceed.

    hardwood flooring

    After scouring the city for the right hardwood for my home I ended up at Brampton Hardwood Flooring. Boy am I glad I did! I had been to no less than 10 hardwood flooring stores and was at a point where I wanted to give up on the idea...and then along came Lina! She was helpful, informative, and up front about everything!! The quality was excellent and I was happy with the price !! I left Brampton Flooring with distressed Hickory hardwood (which has since been installed and it looks great!!!!! Hats off to my installers too!!) I have a dog and soon 2 grandchildren to bang around on the floor but I am not worried!! Had I purchased elsewhere I would not have been happy in a few months and many scratches etc later. Lina is fabulous--what more can I say!! My family has been dealing with Lina at Brampton Hardwood flooring for many many years and they had recommended I try her. I did and have no regrets!! Thanks Lina!! I GIVE LINA AT BRAMPTON FLOORING A 10 !!!

    deposit

    This is the most DISHONEST company I have ever dealt with. I put a $500 deposit on a floor and they will not honor it even though they said they would!! NEVER give this company $ before pick up. Upon calling I spoke to the RUDEST person (Vandona) who yelled at me and would not acknowledge my invoice and she then hung up on me!! Please think twice about dealing with this company!! I will NEVER recommend this company!!

We did so by always treating all of our clients with the utmost respect and honesty. Kelley recently came to our store enquiring about a deposit that was apparently left with us in 2011. She had no paperwork or documentation showing that she left this credit, and we have no record of her leaving it either. Despite the unlikeliness of someone letting a deposit sit for four years without action, we gave Kelley the benefit of the doubt and did our best to investigate. However, as we explained to her, without proper documentation we had no way of verifying a deposit from that long ago. Notwithstanding, we offered Kelley some great pricing on quality hardwood, but she declined. If Kelley can provide the needed paperwork, we would be happy to accommodate her.

    laminate for basement reno

    I purchased laminate and underpad from Brampton hardwood and the customer I was working for changed her mind on one room so I returned 6 box's and 1roll of underpad. I paid cash for my purchase and when returning the product that was not needed I got deducted a restocking fee and they would only pay me back with a cheque which I now have the hassle of going to a bank to deal with. The lady I dealt with Vandana was very rude towards me and was even tearing a strip off of one of her employees right in front of me. I found that she was not professional and down right rude. I've been purchasing from here for many years now and after the troubles and attitude I received today I will never return and will direct my clientele to other stores. I would never recommend these people to anyone!

    Living room

    i went into the caladonia store a few weeks ago and i was very impressed with the service that Lina gave me she was very professional, more professional then the other location i went to in brampton ontario, im not naming names but there service was horrible,, But Linas professionalism Gave me the confidence to purcashe my material and taught me the know how to properly store the material saftly and help me get set up to instal my new floor.. without her wisdome and professional expertise i would proply been scrwed .... Very good job Lina you i was impressed in fact myneighbor want to go and check your store out he is thinking of doing his basement so i hope you give him the same good experience that i did...

    750 sq. feet hardwood flooring

    We started with Brampton Hardwood floors in 1989 when we purchased our new home and began replacing carpet one area at a time. We have now finally finished the house- 3, 200 sq feet on 3 floors. Their products have always been excellent value and the installers they recommend top notch. Our latest installation was done by Mike and he did the final 750 sq. feet which included our circular staircase in the center hall and balcony in the 3rd floor loft. This was very labour intensive and required a great deal of skill to perfectly re-install the 50 feet of pickets and exactly place the curved bull nose. Mike did a terrific job and we are extremely pleased with his craftsmanship. His attention to detail was more like a fine furniture maker than a flooring installer. The job took 8 days to complete and Mike insisted on taking the time to do it right and not rushing just to get it done. Be sure to ask for Mike as your installer when you visit the Brampton location.

    Flooring

    I purchased approximately 800 sq. ft. of refinished solid oak flooring and the staff was very helpful. The showroom was well laid out and there was someone at the counter at all times to answer my questions. I came back to pick up the material and they helped me load it onto my trailer. Quality was as expected and it's been good so far. I would purchase from them again.

    Home renovation

    *******WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER****. I spent close to $7000 in the store for renovations. on my first trip i spent $5500 for hardwood and then went back to buy additional $ 1100 laminate for the basement. On the first order we got it delivered and they charged us 120 including taxes. when we ordered laminate the lady there who claimed to be the GM of the store said that could not be true and there is no way that they have charged us 120 including taxes. As much as i didn't like it i did not care about 20 30 dollars so we decided to have it delivered. They charge us $150 for the second delivery. First we kept waiting the whole day for the driver to call. every time we called them they said oh the driver will call you and let you know when he is suppose to drop the stuff. I had to wait 6 hours before the driver even called me. as this was my project house and i did not reside there it was very difficult for me to wait the whole day for them to tell me the time of the drop off. on top of that when the driver came because we had a storm that day, he refused to deliver the goods because the driveway was not "clean enough" i had cleaned the area where it was accessible for him to drop it off and could be taken in but he refused to listen to any of my suggestions. THE DRIVER THEN THREATEN US TO LEAVE THE DELIVERY ON THE ROAD AS HE SAID ITS NOT HIS JOB. i was baffled by the response. i had paid him $150 for delivery for what, $10 gas ride to drive the product here? i could have done that my self. we told the driver to take the stuff back as we don't want it anymore. when we went to return the products the same GM lady who was courteous at the time of the sale was rude and she asked for 15% restocking fee. we told her that she never mention to us that there is a restocking fee. "HER RESPONSE WAS THAT IS NOT MY JOB YOU SHOULD HAVE ASKED ME WHAT THE RETURN POLICY IS." then she calls a guy named vince who was worst than her. and his attitude suggested that he does not care what is going on he will not do anything to solve the matter. They told us they they will not refund the shipping cost and take the 15% restocking fee. as i didnt wanna lose $300 for no reason. I HAD TO PICK UP THE LAMINATE MY SELF IN MY CAR EVEN THOUGH I HAD PAID THEM $150. when we were done we had some boxes unused which we went to return. and the salesman by the name was Jas was rude and implied that we were not telling the TRUTH to them and there is no way that we took extra just to be safe.. at the time of the sale the lady who claimed to be GM just wanted to finish the sale and kept pushing us to do the transaction quickly and she told us that we should take extra just in case it becomes short or they store runs out of it. and at the time of the return when we told this to the salesman Jas he said we must have taken it for a bigger area and now we just want to return them. Moral of the story.. Make sure you know what you are getting into when you go there to shop. *************Beware People.. this store only cares about your money once the money is paid good luck getting the service. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND WHOEVER I KNOW IN THE RENOVATIONS BUSINESS WILL DEFINITELY HEAR MY STORY.

As you know, we delivered to you in the midst of one of this winter's huge snowstorms. Our driver gladly ventured out in the dangerous conditions to ensure that you would have your hardwood when convenient for you. When he arrived at the house the driveway was covered by about three feet of snow. It was impossible for the truck back up on the driveway to unload. Even though it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the driveway is accessible for deliveries, our driver went above and beyond and even offered to clean the snow himself if you would provide a shovel, but you did not. Thus, our driver had no choice but to return the order to our warehouse. We did our part to try and deliver but could not without your cooperation and had to come back a second time when the driveway was finally clear. It is therefore not fair to expect us to not collect a delivery charge for both trips. As to the extra amount purchased, you had measured and provided the area of floor to be covered and we supplied the appropriate square footage. We relied on what you told us. All Brampton Hardwood Floors staff and management tried their best to help you, even when your tone became belligerent and abusive. It is unfortunate that you feel this way but we always remain ready to speak with you anytime to try and address your concerns.
