    Hardwood Flooring and Carpet Installation

Just a short note to express our total satisfaction covering the recent installation of hardwood floors in our family room and carpeting in the four bedrooms.. This was the second project completed by Mc Laughlin Flooring, the other was a hardwood installation in our living room, dining room, upper hall, and stairs two years ago. . Pricing was very competitive, the quality of workmanship outstanding, and his personal commitments and timing of the project where met exactly as stated. Seldom in this day and age does one receive this type of total service and satisfaction. Thanks Mary and Al Davis Brampton

    Hardwood Floor Installation

I was referred to Brampton Hardwood floors from a family member who had recently replaced their hardwood floors. They ranted and raved about how nice the floors were as well as the level of service they received. From the second I walked into the store until the day my floors were finished I received the best quality service I have in a long time for any home renovations. The wood is beautiful, it suites my taste, and I am confident that if I ever have any complaints they will be addressed promptly. I will definately use them again and will refer them to anyone I know looking to perform home renovations that include replacing hardwood floors.

    Engineered Hardwood Purchase

This was the WORST shopping experience of my life. I felt really pressured to make a deposit and they really do a sales job on you - telling you only how great everything is and not any of the pros and cons of different types of engineered options. I also tried to buy baseboard from them, but they quoted me the price for 5" boards while trying to pass off 4" boards for 5". Not only that, but the installers don't know what they're talking about, insisting that floating floors need to go in under kitchen installations (really only because it's easier for them to install). I bought 1300sf Brazillian Teak, before returning it because they then told me the warantee is null and void unless I can prove 100% that humidity levels are exactly within a given range (and that cracking is likely). I returned it and got some Torly's, but they double charged me for the delivery, and delivered the WRONG colour (and amount) of transition strips. When I called to resolve it, they hung up the phone on me. At which point, I just didn't want to deal with them any more. I am out about $600 for working with them (delivery charges and cost of wrong strips). I found another installer and now know that they were completely inaccurate in their estimate of how much material I needed. These guys are crooks and will do anything to sell you any crap they can. Go to someone else who cares about customer service not running a volume business with no regard for your home or floors.

    2nd floor hardwood

I visited Brampton flooring last Friday and I am very happy with the service. The adviser Mr Jon, he was fantastic and he advised me properly to select the color and material. He also saved my money and time for look around. I recommended this company to everyone and of course Mr Jon is a true member and the assets of this company. I would like to thank you all for providing me with such a wonderful job. Thank you.

    2000 sq ft of hardwood

Brampton Hardwood gave me a refund for the defective wood so Im satisfied with this end result. They also Paid me for the rip out of the bad wood. Word of caution to everyone, when you get an installer, make sure they stop if there is a problem with the wood.

    Hardwood Flooring throughout house

I am so thrilled with the quality of my hardwood that I purchased from Brampton Hardwood. They gave me a good price. I had checked out three different stores for hardwood, but Brampton Hardwood gave me the best value for my money. They recommended a reputable installer and the attention to detail was amazing.

    hardwood flooring twice!

This company was great! Jessie (the receptionist) was amazing, I love her and Vince was exceptional. I ordered 1400 sq ft of hardwood, had 67 boxes delivered and when looking at it at night, felt it was too dark. Went in the next morning and told Vince we felt the floors were different to the sample, which at that time we believed. He listened to us and just wanted to do what was needed to fix the problem. Never set blame on anyone or anything. Then, when we took the new samples home and this time tested them in our home, we realized that the floors we originally ordered were the same colour as the sample and it was our mistake. We told Vince that the sample was right and we should have taken it home to see it in the first place. Live and learn. Vince changed the whole flooring order and got it delivered the next day. Mind you, we had to pay for a few delivery charges but what other company would have BOTH flooring we liked in stock (1400 sq ft) and be able to deliver it the next day! If you go into this store, ask for VINCE, really he's so understanding and helpful and if you do run into a problem, you know it will be taken care of right.

    hardwood floors

Be advised that the sales people will deceive you about their products. I was told that my floors were Canadian wood. In fact, they insisted I had nothing to be concerned about. I bought the embassy hardwood flooring under the impression that it is Canadian only to find out that it is distributed by a Canadian company but the product is Chinese. Dont be fooled and pay Canadian wood prices for Chinese wood like I did.

Hardwood floor laying in 5 bedrooms

The work quality of Luka and his team was excellent. The behaviour and conduct was very professional and excellent. After completing the job the waste was disposed off to my entire satisfaction. If I ever need another hardwood floor service I'll go with the same person of the same store. The sales person Vandana Gupta also did her job very well and made me comfortable to buy the material that also met my requirements well.
