We purchased, and "self-delivered" our 22 boxes (about 500 sq ft) of Imperial Collection White Oak Natural hardwood at a very good price. Our original installation quote (from a showroom contractor) was too high, so we reviewed it with John Nika, and he visited our home, gave us a quote for more than 1/4 less, and recommended his best BH private contractor team. This team (from L. A. Flooring) did a SUPERB job. When they finished, we said the one step to the laundry room should have also been done. "OK, we'll be back in a couple of days". After being paid in full, with a tip, they showed up in 3 days, with NO prompting from us, and completed the job. We have nothing but praise for the product, the company, and the professionalism of this particular installation team.

Brampton Hardwood highly recommended a brand they carry which I ended up buying over 1000 sf of. Wanting to validate the warranty with the manufacturer I soon realized the brand was no were to be found on the internet ('IMPERIAL COLLECTION') or anywhere else but on brampton's harwdood web site. I called BH a few times and nobody want to tell me which company manufacture the wood. Now I am concerned with the product origin, quality and longevity. As a result of some research I now believe the product originate from a nerver heard of small shop (warehouse type) located in Laval Quebec, the name is "Finition Superieure L B". http://www.yellowpages.ca/bus/Quebec/Laval/Finition-Superieure-L-B/2652999.html Yellow page list them in the lacquers manufacturer category. Do not buy products from Brampton hardwood, you will never know where it is coming from, the quality and who would honor the so called warranty.

I was looking at installing a new hardwood flooring in my home and and interviewed several contractors to do the job. 3 of the 4 contractors I had spoken to had mentioned that they always purchase their hardwood from Brampton Hardwood and suggested that I go their for my search. I went to a few different stores and found that Brampton Hardwood offered the largest variety and their prices were reasonable. I ended up purchasing 600 square feet of hardwood flooring. Upon inspection of the wood at my residence, I came to realize that the boxes I had purchased may have had a manufacturers defect. I was beside myself, and as many do in this world of information at your fingertips...I turned to the internet. I read many reviews about Brampton Hardwood. Some were good and some were absoloutley horrific. At this point I was in a state of panic. I called my contractor and explained to him what had happened, he was very surprised to hear this and said he never experienced any such problems with quality control when dealing with this company. The following day I went to the store with my plank in hand and was referred to the manager - Vince. Vince was very accomodating and agreed to inspect the wood that they had in the warehouse. It turned out that this particular batch did have a manufacturer's defect. He was happy to take the wood back and made me very happy by offering a replacement wood of better quality and a fantastic price. He explained that their reputation was very important and keeping clients happy was imperative in running a successful business. His professionalism in handling the situation was very impressive and greatly appreciated. In fact I has such a pleasant experience that I felt compelled to write this review and dispel any negative reviews previously written. After the service that I received with this company I really have to question the nature and substance of any complaints posted here!! I would absoloutly reccomend this company to anybody who wishes to purchase or install hardwood flooring. The sales staff including John, Julia, and Vandana were all very knowledgable, extemely helpful and very patient. Overall a shining 10 out 10.

Purchased easy click laminate flooring for our living room, only to have it bubble and crack in numerous spots. Sent pictures to the manager and after a month we finally had an inspector come to our house, after his inspection he explained that we should not have this problem. The installation was fine and we should have no problem with warranty. Sure enough received a letter explaining that we installed the easy click incorrectly and will not be covered under warranty. Tried calling many times and still no reply. We are out of luck. Best to not even take a chance with this company and go elsewhere. This was the first of many rooms we were to do and did those rooms with the home depot .69 cent laminate special and have no complaints.

I thought I would take a few moments to express my utmost satisfaction with this company. This is the second time I have turned to Brampton Flooring (namely their highly qualified John Nika) to perform a project of installing hardwood floors in my condo. I am not surprised (because the first time they did work for me was also outstanding) but again the end result was fantastic. As a whole the employees and agents directly affliated with Brampton Hardwood Flooring were very professional and courteous. They listened to me and my concerns and were able to answer all my queries. I would like to thank Rick [last name removed--Ed] of Continental Flooring, Joe of Brampton Hardwood Flooring and of course the ever so wonderful John [last name removed--Ed]. These gentlemen were all a pleasure to deal with, work with and ultimately I had to share my experience not only with my friends, family and co-workers but also with the general public who are always looking for professional, dependable and reliable contractors. I am extremely pleased and would not hesitate to recommend using this company for any job you may have (large or small) because they really do care about the end result. I went back to brampton hardwood to get my basement done. I got a beautiful laminate and the basement looks amazing. I have received so many compliments. The better business bureau (bbb) has given this company A+ rating and i couldn't agree more. Thank you for all the help!

We went in to view flooring for our apartment complex which we are totally renovating. We enquired about flooring for the 12 units and Lina was exceptional on providing advise and details regarding type of flooring that would be most suitable. Her knowledge of the products was amazing it even impressed my husband. We appreicated her knowledge and honesty regarding what would be best suited for tenants. We settled on the Bamboo flooring she suggested and were not disappointed. The product was everything she said it would be. We installed it and it looks amasing. THANK YOU does not seems to be enough. I will most certainaly recommend my family and friends go and see Lina.

decided to do my own new hardwood flooring they have the best selection, its in stock, and quality is great laid it all my self with a rented nailer and my large dog slides across it with no scratching probably do the upstairs hallway next
