Thanks so much for your excellent review, 10-star rating and glowing recommendation. We are very proud of our main showroom at 59 Bramalea Road in Brampton and feel that our selection, service and prices are unmatched (along with the popcorn). Contractor sales have been one of the pillars of our business since we first started almost 30 years ago, and they are so important to us that we recently opened a brand new contractor depot at 75 West Drive in Brampton, just minutes from our main showroom. The depot is huge and has everything readily available in stock for our many contractor customers. We would be extremely happy if you would also check out that location.

Hi, we did not know about your concern but our manager will call you shortly to come and look at your floor and try to resolve the matter.

We are sorry that you feel this way but all deliveries are to the garage. This is clearly written on your sales receipt and also posted in our showroom. Deliveries are conducted by a third party company that we contract with, and we assume that they send the required number of delivery persons for each job.

Hi Amandeep. We are always pleased to accept returns or exchanges in accordance with our company policies, which are clearly set out throughout our store locations and also on customer invoices. Unfortunately, your return was well outside of the policy requirements so we were unable to process it. With regards to the additional box you need for your other project, as we had advised at the time there was only the one open sample box available at the particular location you were visiting. However, there was and is still plenty of stock available at our warehouse that is only a few minutes drive away. You did not want to pick it up from there at the time but please feel free to come by and pick it up anytime.

Hi Richa. As our staff discussed with you while you were in the store, you brought in a roll of under pad that we do not sell in our location. The closest product we have to it sells for only $80. Plus, you told us that you had purchased it about a year earlier and did not have any receipts or other proof of purchase. We do not keep any personal details of customers for day to day sales, so we unfortunately had no way of looking up a transaction from a year prior. Thus, we were obviously unable to process a refund.

As we have repeatedly advised, we were attempting to send an inspector to view the flooring but your installation was ongoing and you did not want to stop the job. Instead, you chose to go ahead and install the floor even though you apparently had concerns with the quality. We tried to work with you but unfortunately our hands are tied when you refused to co-operate.
