    Service at Brampton store

    I am highly impressed with Mr Kumar's salesmanship. He helped me finding a right match for wood which I was looking for. He was very helpful at store and few times I called for help. I would highly recommend going and seeing Mr Kumar if you have any concerns regarding buying right quality of wood.

    Flooring

    They charged my credit card with out any purchase. Please don't trust them and give your credit card to them. I am cocidering a law suit against this company They did not respond any of my phone calls or emails Totally wrong business practice

It was especially difficult to locate the paperwork for your transaction because the invoice was not in your name and your review indicates you are form San Francisco rather than the fact that you are actually local.     Laminate flooring for basement

    Kumar from Brampton Hardwood floors (on Bramalea) was very helpful in assisting us in making a buying decision. He was very knowledgeable and technical enough to recommend all the material we would need to complete the task. If you are heading to Brampton Hardwood Floors, deal with Kumar!

    12mm Avondale Laminate

    Amazing service, quality and pricing! Have been dealing with them for years. You will not find cheaper for same quality! And no I don't work there lol just happy customer

    hardwood forhouse

    i am a long time cusotmer of brampton hardwood and their serivce is exceptional and love thier products are really good spejt over 10,000 for a new handscraped hardwood ajd will he back to do the basement later. thank you jas and thank u brampton hardwood

    Wonderful

    We are very pieased with our purchase with Brampton Hardwood Floors LTD. Manager and staff are very knowledgeable and helpfull. Overall we have good experience and we will go back when we are ready to do the rest of the house.

    Hardwood and tile purchase

    We entered Brampton Hardwood Floors Ltd and received a warm and friendly greeting from the Manager - Mr Kumar. He was very knowledgeable and provided good advise and guidance related to our project of changing the flooring at our Montessori School. He was able to steer us in the right direction, keeping in mind that we deal with little children on a daily basis. We intended to shop around and gather some information. Given that the representative we dealt with was Mr. Kumar, who also happened to be the store manager was so knowledgeale about the products, we were able to make an informed decision and secure our purchase with his guidance. We will be happy to refer our family and friends to Brampton Hardwood Floors Ltd. Thank you Mr. Kumar.

    Stay away

    The worst company to buy for flooring from. Once you make a purchase you will not be able to cancel or return, even if you bought an hour ago and the delivery is not until next week.

    New Flooring Problems

    After installation of the flooring I realized that all foot prints, water marks etc, were leaving permanent marks on the hardwood. After weeks of complaining to Brampton Hardwood, Joe came to access the flooring, he took 1 piece of the flooring to have the company check for imperfections of the floor, he suggested that I did not clean the floor well and should try to do a deep cleaning of the floor. 1 year later, the floor is in the same condition, none of my calls are returned, no emails are responded to and I am still waiting. I am not satisfied with this floor at all and will have to replace in the near future. Buyer beware of this company! I will never recommend this company going forward.

    special order hardwood

    i suffered due to wrong commitment by unprofessional manager in factory and overconfident sales lady Vandana in store. i Can say never go for special order there. After to much stress and loss of more than $1000 on top of i paid extra extra for extras. I can never ever think to go back or recommend anyone to go there. On final call instead of doing apology for all damages and delays,she told me that i should thankful to those people that they did my special order. WoW!!
