This is our first season with Bur-Han after many with another provider. What a relief! No high pressure sales calls, no careless applications, just excellent service delivered by helpful friendly people, especially Francis who has been great.

We have used Bur-Han for many years. Prompt, reliable, flexible, responsive to special requests. The driveway and walkways are left clean after each mowing. They are professional and reasonably priced to boot!

Bur-han has been maintaining our lawn for several years, and I have never, ever had a problem. The onsite providers are always courteous and go the extra mile. This could mean sliding a trampoline to mow underneath or blowing off a bit more of a patio surface after a wind storm. And Frances in the office I can not say enough good things about, she is incredibly helpful, courteous and responsive. We have had a few extra things to deal with due to a house renovation and she has been nothing but accommodating and communicative every step of the way! Pleasure to recommend this company to anyone!

We are new home owners with a large mature lawn and garden that needed attention. We did not know where to start! I searched the internet for reputable companies that could provide a one-time full service clean up for our new yard. Based on existing excellent reviews, I chose Bur-Han Garden & Lawn Care and I'm so happy that I did! Frances at Bur-Han was so helpful in assessing what my needs were, and is always very friendly. All the employees are friendly and are happy to answer my questions and offer solutions or advice when asked. They arrive early and work very efficiently. We were so pleased with our initial service, that we continue to use them regularly and have just booked their Fall package as well! I highly recommend Bur-Han for quality service at a reasonable price.

The best gift we could ever give ourselves! We've been so impressed with the consistently excellent service Bur-Han has given us over the years...from the service people who come to our yard who always seems to go the extra mile.... to the always cheery and friendly Frances who answers their phones. We're so happy to leave the "heavier" lawn maintenance work to Bur-han. Couldn't do it better ourselves!

The Bur-Han team provides great service every week. From the team members who come to cut and trim the lawn to Frances in the office who coordinates the team's efforts in her professional but oh so pleasant way, working with Bur-Han is a pleasure.

First of all Frances who takes your calls and responds to your e mails is amazing. It doesn't matter if you are need additional information or arrangements, she is always pleasant and helpful, and gets the job done in a timely manner. My mother is elderly and very difficult to please, but this year she has been so pleased with Lindsey, who has been so consistent in the cutting her lawn, recently even with all the leaves that were on the ground after a windstorm, he went over and above to cut the lawn and blow as many leaves as he could off the the side. Being that she is housebound he has made the only view of her backyard so pleasant over the last year. Thank you

I was in Australia for 1 year and needed a company to look after my lawn, gardens and hedges. Communication was excellent throughout the year, service was fantastic and my neighbours had wonderful things to say about all of the work that was done. I even got photos!
