As a Strata Manager, I have used Bur-Han at several of my properties. They have always been prompt at responding to my request for quotes, question enquiries as well as providing good service for my clients. I like receiving the weekly reports so I know what actions have been completed at my job sites so I can properly address owner enquiries.

We requested Bur-Han to give us a fall package on our front and back yards last fall. Our back yard was brand new and required more special care. This spring, the front yard looks wonderful. The back yard, however, has encountered some problems. I sent the pictures to Bur-Han to let them know the current condition of the back yard and asked if there is anything we can do to restore the back yard. Chris came to and checked the condition and gave us his recommendations. Bur-Han sent its crew a few times to our house to remedy the condition and did not charge us for all the services provided. The back yard has improved substantially. We are pleased with the progress. We offered to pay but Frances at Bur-Han informed us that those services are free. She wants to ensure that we are pleased with the services. My husband and I do not believe that Bur-Han or any company could have rendered better services to us. We are very pleased with Bur-Han and will continue to subscribe to its services. We recommend Bur-Han to all the people in BC.

We began with their fertilizer, moss control and aeration package, and have added to that over the years so that it now includes lawn mowing and edging. Prior to each visit they call to let us know someone will be by our place, and then after the work is done they leave a small card to remind us what was done and who the worker was. I have been a client of Burhan for many years and I believe this company to be exceptional. The workmanship is always excellent; the workers are unfailingly polite, friendly and accommodating; the customer service is outstanding. These folk are clearly about client satisfaction. Their rates are reasonable and they are completely flexible about the services they provide. I pick the services I want from the packages they offer. They even give advice if I want to try and manage part of the lawn care myself. They NEVER cut our grass when it doesn’t need cutting. They send an email after each visit and sometimes it says that the grass length doesn’t warrant cutting. This year we got a message saying that the back yard shouldn’t be aerated because of its condition, so they refunded that portion of the cost. Frances, who answers the phone and emails, has a positive energy that radiates through the phone. I recommend Burhan to anyone lucky enough to live within their area.
