Roofing and eavetrough
Both my roof and gutter need be change this year. I did a lot of research on the internet. Then I got some basic knowledge of the procedure and the difference of different brand material. I went to home stars and select a few companies to my home for quoting. Long Story in short, at last we select C stars. After we sign the contract, I saw one bad review on the home star date July 26th 2016. I have a little worry about the quality of the job. So my husband took one day off when the C stars working on my roof. My husband is a handy man and did a lot of renovation in our house, he replace all the windows and doors in my house. At last, my husband told me that Mr. Sing did things more detail, more carful than he did on our own property. For example, we want open a new bathroom fan vent , Mr. Sing told us what kind of material we should buy from home depot and he install for us for free, leave the pipe in the attic so the future person don’t need go on the roof. My husband told me that if he did the job, he just click and lock the pipe on the bottom of the vent. Mr. Sing not only just click and lock to the pipe. He also installed four nails and a lot of tape around the connection part to avoid leaking, very well done. Another very outstanding is, we have 2 front windows, the bottom of the windowsill is aluminium. It is very old and broken. Mr Sing agreed to help us replace that two bottom parts for free during the quote. My husband installed the new windows on the weekend before the roofer job, he accidently broken the both side parts of aluminum. During the installation, Mr. Sing spent a lot of times, help us did the aluminum around the 2 windows with both four sides. He spent a lot of time because the left and right sides are irregular triangle. (See the pictures of the job done, so good).
At last, he didn’t ask extra money for that extra beautiful job, which is out of the quote. We are very satisfied with the job done. One of our neighbours watched the installation and singed a contract with him after our roof finished. I highly recommend Mr. Sing and his team.
