This was one of my greatest experiences with a contractor it was turnkey from day one very professional and on time. The crew was very professional and keeping the area safe and clean. I also had good communication with the site supervisor. They got the job done exactly the way it was quoted.

I found c star from internet recommendation and had them replaced my roof two years ago, the work was done very professionally in good quality and all work was done in one day. Mr. Yang listens very well to customers requests and always willing to offer help. I had a small issue recently as the rain water didn't drain properly on a corner of my roof, Mr Yang came yesterday to check and fixed it for me, free of charge. Thanks a lot for the great work done!!

Cstar was recommended to us by a friend who also went with Cstar a few years ago. They gave us the best quote by far and Xing spent extra time to go through in detail how the work would be done. He showed up with his team early in the morning and replaced all the shingles on our entire roof in one day! Xing cares a lot about quality and customer satisfaction. I've already recommended Cstar to friends who will need to redo their roofs in the near future.

C-Star Roofing did a fantastic job on my roof, replaced all the shingles and put in new vents, including two maxi vents for good ventilation. Xing, the owner, explained to me with great patience and in detail all the materials that they used and the extra procedures that they took to ensure the roof would be leak proof for many years to come. Xing and his crews acted professionally, arrived early in the morning and finished the job by the end of the day, including a thorough cleanup of the site with no debris left behind. Xing ensured that all vents, valleys and chimney areas had been properly laid with extra ice/water protection shield and sealed with extra caulking. Xing was also very responsive to every question that I asked, from the time of getting the estimate, to the last minute of the job done on site. He promptly attended to and answered all the questions that I asked him via SMS messages and phone calls. I also learned from my friend that Xing did a site visit the next day immediately after a service call. Price was excellent, with the consideration of the high quality of work that they had done and the sincerity of the owner. Estimate and contract were written in detail, installation procedure was printed with photos, and a ten-year warranty certificate was provided when the job was done. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

Sing and his team did a fantastic job on my 10 year old Mattamy Home Roof. The Original roof started had started to curl due to inadequate venting (The 1450+ sqft roof only had 5 vents). C-Star's quote was incredibly competitive with the other quotes I had gotten, they were not the lowest but Sing took the time to explain the materials used and also explained that new metal flashings, ice and water shield will be used. His crew did an amazing job putting in laminated architectural shingles. Job was completed in a day and Sing and his crew did a great job making sure the gutters and the area surrounding the house was free of debris.

C-star Roofing was recommended to me from a friend for whom C-star did Shingles replacement for him. C-star provided an estimate in details in a pre-printed form. The form is quite good in design with photos for steps to steps for works to be carried out and details of basis project included in estimates. They showed up in time as advised and all jobs completed within 1 day. 8 workers came and they clean up well after job completed. C-Star agreed to come back to rectify if there is any problems on the project. Overall, quite happy with C-star.

We called C-Star Roofing on Dec 12 for an estimate. Came the same day and provided a reasonable price. We also had estimates from three other roofers and C-Star offered the best deal. Our roof really needed to be done right away since we had a leak. C-Star came out on Christmas Eve and did the job in able 6 hours. They protected area round the house and cleaned up everything before they left. Excellent service. Would recommend C-Star anytime! Great customer service!

Since I wouldn’t just trust any company to redo my roof, I had spent quite some time on researching and calling different roofing companies for quote. Finally I selected cstar based on reviews and all information I received. The job was done in the summer of 2014 and I absolutely think I have made the right choice. From the moment they started working, the crew of 4 demonstrated high efficiency and tremendous dedication. Even though they worked at fast pace, they handled both roof materials and my property with great care. Their manager's very professional and responsive. He supervised every single aspect of the process from the very beginning (quote, preparation) to the end (post-installation clean-up). Also, I am extremely impressive with their post-installation support. Last Sunday morning, I had a concern regarding some water-dripping sound coming from the ceiling (which turned out might not be relevant to the roof later) and called cstar for help. In timely fashion, the manager paid us visit at Sunday noon to conduct inspection and address my concerns and inquiries. I am exceptionally pleased with cstar and would recommend it to anyone that’s looking for professional roofing services!

C-Star Roofing completed my roof 10 days ago, and I'm very happy with it. Before I decided to go with C-Star, I had a few roofers come by, to give me their quotes. As far as I recall, Sing was the only one who said, if you have any questions, call me. Call him I did, two more times, before I decided to go with his company. On those two more occasions, he swung by, at the end of the day, and answered my questions and showed me materials. I also liked that the back of their quote had pictures, with explanations of what was being done. In less than a week, well within the promised start, also thanks to good weather, C-Star was at my place, ready to begin work. They came in and quickly started to lay tarp all around my house and to also put protective plywood to cover my rainbarrel and other such fixtures. They were quick, professional, organized, and efficient. Everyone had a job to do and went right to it, from start to finish, including clean up. All my neighbours, who were home to watch, said that they did a very good job and asked for their business card. And, my across the street neighbour and next door neighbour keep admiring my roof! All in all, I'm very pleased with the job they did.
