I had a flooding problem which he made some suggestions that ended up costing me only the service call. I also had a broken shower valve that was difficult to source as it had no stamping on it. Flavio did this very quickly and we only had to use the downstairs shower for a couple of days. Very pleasurable to work with. Thank you for your prompt and attentive service.

As usual Flavio provided exceptional service. I had some minor plumbing repairs that need to be taken care of Broken toliet, replaced outside Faucet etc.. No request is too small for Falvio he handles the samll stuff just like the big request. With Falvio I never question his suggestions or his work. He is reliable, trustworthy and clean (no mess was left after his work)and most importanly he doesn't take short cuts. I have gone to other plumbers in the past but not any more. Flavio is the only contractor that I don't go and check his work after he has left- that is how much I trust his work!!

I had a small problem with an outside faucet. To make a long story short after 4 hours and two trips to home depot trying to fix it, my husband broke the shutoff value inside the ceiling and it was leaking. Flavio came with Mathew and replaced the shut off value and the outside faucet with a frost proof wall faucet. He was extremely professional and did a perfect job giving it 110% His work is really good and he does not cut corners. I do not hesitate in recommending him.

We've been living with clanky pipes and/or 20 minute refill time for the tank on the toilet for over a year now. The problem finally needed to be nipped in the bud but we've been wary of hiring a plumber as we've heard the stories. Based on the homestars reviews, we called Flavio who gave us a guess over the phone on what the problem was as well as an estimate and came right over. The problem was fixed immediately. Why did we wait so long?

During an extremely cold Saturday in December, our water pipe burst in the garage. We had a plumbing plan with Direct Energy, but they would not come before Monday! Who could wait until then with no water? So we checked Homestars, and found the glowing reviews on Flavio. We called him that night at 11:00 pm and he came the very next day. He assessed the situation and explained what needed to be done in the short term. He also explained that we needed a long term solution once the warmer weather arrived. He fixed the leak in the garage, then when we tested it, we found another leak in a hard to reach place under the kitchen sink. He fixed that too. Hours later, we finally had running water again. Flavio was able to help us in our emergency and we were very happy. We'd recommend his services to anyone with a plumbing problem or emergency.

Thank you Flavio for getting rid of the loud plumbing noises! We can finally get some peace and quiet! Last month, Flavio came to assess the noises we were experiencing throughout the house whenever the faucets, showers, toilets and washing machine were being used. He inspected and took time to show us the root of noises was caused by the newly installed water heater. He then provided us with a solution for the fix. He told us to contact our water heater provider for servicing as well as what we should ask them to fix. Afterwards, he followed up with us to make sure our problem was fixed and the noises were gone. Thanks again!

I was unimpressed with my current plumber because I was beginning to feel that I was getting ripped off. I went on Homestars and read so many glowing reviews about Flavio, so I decided to give it a try. The first time I called Canada Wide, I spoke directly to Flavio. Later, when I had to call him and he couldn't answer he returned my calls right away. The quote he gave me over the phone was bang-on with the actual amount charged. He was quick, experienced and polite...and humble when I gave him a little tip for his work. Also, his price is right. I would recommend him to anyone.
