Flavio provided prompt quality service with a friendly and professional demeanor. Now I'm off to take a hot shower thanks to Flavio taking care of the hot water pipe. I highly recommend this plumber, great service and reasonable pricing.

I had a bathroom sink which had become detached from its drain causing leaking whenever the sink was used. I also needed a "toe-tester" in the shower replaced and needed to relocate the hose-bib in the garage. I didn't know of a good plumber and didn't have a reference for a plumber, so I turned to HomeStars. Flavio had an exceptional 9.9 rating, so I decided to give him a try. Flavio came by that very same day. He was professional, personable, and explained what he was doing in layman terms so it was easy to understand. He also made some recommendations around relocating the hose-bib so I could save money. I now have a good plumber and will be calling on Flavio for all my future plumbing needs.

I called Canada Wide with two plumbing problems: a stuck kitchen sink that would not drain, and a bathroom sink that drained slowly. Trivial, right? Well, these problems have been ongoing for years with various attempts to fix them. Flavio responded promptly to my call, came over the same day, and immediately set to work. After many hours of watching Holmes on Homes I got a feeling that the kitchen drain was incorrectly built and causing the poor/no drainage. First thing he did, he removed the incorrectly built drain system under the kitchen sink and rebuilt it correctly. He explained the rationale for the change and every step he took to resolve the problem. Now the sink drains better than it ever has - problem resolved. In the bathroom, he took the time to figure out what exactly was wrong, and he fixed it, too. It sounds so simple, but two other plumbers had looked at this with no resolution. And then he took the extra step of figuring out why I had poor flow from the faucet, and fixed that too! I didn't even have to ask! Flavio will be my choice for any future plumbing needs. I will definitely have him back when we get to the kitchen and bathroom renovations we have planned. Excellent service, reasonable prices and results that exceeded expectations. Thanks, Flavio!

I have been given the run around from the Company that owns my hot water tank and was instructed to have a plumber replace the mixing valve. Flavio was recommended by your web site. Flavio came out to investigate a number of issue I have been having and did 3 times what other plumbers had done previously for less money. Flav came out again and replaced the mixing value, perfect fast clean job!

If it wasnt for Flavio to come out and inspect our plumbing we would have had major problems. Such as tubs not being supported properly and back flow in our drain pipes, other pipes throughout the entire house not supported properly. I had this clogged drain for a week and \i tried everything i could find and i even looked on the net but nothing worked worked. Flavio came buy and fixed quick and what a job and he cleaned everything up. it was my daughter hair, it got so clogged.he did a great job.

The shower in our only bathroom would not turn off due to a faulty cartridge. Flavio came first thing Sunday morning.
