Have been living in the same apartment for ten years and my tub and kitchen sink were suddenly clogged with no means of clearing. Over five days I tried everything. My landlord refused to do anything about it and opted to blame me for the problem even though there had been no maintenance the entire time I have lived here. Flavio came in right away and within an hour had not only fixed the problem, he explained why it occurred, drew a diagram showing how the pipes were incorrectly put together, another showing how they should be, so that I could forward this to my landlord. He included the info on my invoice as well to drive the message home. He was informative, personable, courteous and knew his job inside and out. He really helped in every way and I highly recommend his services.

Our kitchen sink was completely clogged and there was an awful smell coming out of it. Flavio was here about three hours after we called and did a most thorough job, he didn't just unclog it, but replaced all the drain (which had been previously done badly)and made it more accessible for future cleaning and therefore preventing future clogging. He even found a leak I wasn't aware of and fixed it! Flavio sure knows his job well and does it with a positive pleasant attitude and he was so clean. I would recommend him to all my friends, but they already rely on Home Stars for hiring!

We called Canada Wide Plumbing the morning of Dec 20. Our kitchen faucet was clogged and little/no was coming out of the tap. Flavio was in our home by the afternoon and was extremely quick and thorough in resolving our problem. It ended up being a defective part, and he gave us terrific service and advice on how to leverage the manufacturer's warranty and minimize our costs. Flavio was friendly and professional. We would highly recommend him and would not hesitate to call on him again!

I called Canada Wide Plumbing on December 24, 2008 thats right Christmas Eve. I was having my family and friends over for dinner only to see that my sink was plugged. Thats when i called Canada Wide they where quick to answer the phone. The person on the other end sounded very nice and ready to help me. Within an hour Flavio was at my door. He was quick to cleared the drain and installed a cleanout under the sink. I feel Flavio did a good job at a far price. Thank You so much Canada Wide

Our bathtub drain was plugged and Flavio came by the same day, fitting us in during the evening because he was completely booked during the day! He found illegal plumbing connections and really old pipes that will eventually need to be replaced in the near future. He did a wonderful job fixing our plumbing - very friendly, professional, and thorough. We really appreciated that he made the time to come by for such a small job in comparison to what he already had in his calendar. This is the second time that I've used Flavio for emergency plumbing problems and he doesn't disappoint. I will absolutely use him again!

Flavio is the man! I had called Flavio to my house to inspect the plumbing. I bought a new home from a builder. My pipes were making noises every time my water ran. The pipes were making knocking noises which woke up my wife in the morning when I was getting ready for work. Flavio came and inspected all the pipes and explained that the water pipes and drain were inproperly installed. He ran tests and to my amazement Flavio showed me exactly where the pipes were making noise. After Flavio corrected all the plumbing problems there was no more knocking or expansion noise. He also installed my water softner in a area that I never would have thought of. He saved me space and money on extra pipe that would have been needed if I installed it were I thought it needed to be. His work was very neet and precise. I moved homes this summer and needed some plumbing done and I called Flavio again. He installed a Pedestal sink and repaired my leaking water meter. His work was very neet and Precise. He also checked the plumbing in the home and made minor adjustments. He is nothing short of great, and I have to honestly say after dealing with Trades people Flavio was a shining light that stands out from the rest of them.I would not hesitate to call him again because he is very fair, trustworthy, kind, and all aroung a great plumber!He puts his heart in every job that he does! The recent purchase of new laundry facilities necessitated major rerouting and updating of pipes (hot and cold water, drain). Flavio undertook and completed the project in a timely, efficient, extremely neat and cost efficient manner. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Flavio and Canada Wide.

I was in a bind with a faulty kitchen sink facuet that also needed a new cartridge. I called Flavio on a Saturday and he was at my house 1 hour later. He showed me what the problem was, how to fix it in the future and despite a stubborn faucet, it was fixed within about an hour. I was very grateful for the help! thanks!
