    Expensive but worth it

    I did duct cleaning 2 years ago and again this year in Oct 2024. They are doing really good. Dispatcher girl is nice. The guy comes to clean is great. A bit expensive compared to market but I have a peace of mind after they are done

    Duct Cleaning

    Called Capps for the first time and the woman who answers the phone is very helpful and pleasant to talk with. She answers all questions quite readily. Only had to wait a few business days for them to come do the duct cleaning in our back split home. I was sneezing and coughing every time the air conditioner started blowing so it was beyond needing to be done. Robert arrived on time and was very pleasant, efficient, and helpful. Got right to work and got it all done. Absolutely great service! I highly recommended them! Will definitely call them again in 2 or 3 years for the next cleaning. You are sure to be as satisfied and pleased with them and their work as I am.

    Always Great!

    I've been using Capps for years. They're awesome. They come when they say they will. They're efficient, and very tidy, and I'm so grateful they're still able to do this for me.

    Efficient, organized with good tips

    We have had CAPPS cleaned the ducts of two properties. They are well-organized, efficient, and provided us with tips on our filters. We will continue to use their service.

    Great professional service - will use again!

    Scheduling was easy. Price was transparent given the specs we provided. Paul showed up on time and explained what he set out to do at the onset of the appointment. He took the time to prepare each room. It was definitely better than our experience with another company where the crew went in and out in 30 minutes and left more dusts when they left. The house smelled clean/felt cleaner afterwards. The suggestion that Paul gave in terms of the optimizing the airflow also helped.

    Duct Cleaning - bungalow

    Air conditioning was not getting to all the rooms in my house. We deciced to try gettings our ducts cleaned. Found Capps in HomeStars. Very fast service, which was great because of the hot spell. Air is moving way better now.

    Duct cleaning

    One glitch. One bedroom has two registers, I mentioned that to them, but they missed one. Other than that, very knowledgeable.

    I had no idea i could be so happy with duct cleaning!!

    Paul was phenomenal. He was efficient, respectful, great energy and patient with explaining everything he was doing. Our house smelt amazing after and I had no idea how much improvement we would notice in our air quality. Thank you Paul!!

    Duct cleaning

    Robert was absolutely professional, friendly and competent. Booking was easy. Robert showed on time and ready to go. Work took exactly the time estimated and cost was reasonable. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them.
