I wanted to clean the ducts and was looking at different options. Paul, co-owner of Capps, was recommended to me by a friend. He really is dedicated to customer satisfaction. He understands the air-flow and targets the areas where dust and dirt are likely to accumulate. His work is very clean, recommends solutions in order to keep your ducts clean, and he provides the same services as the big companies, for 50% of the cost I have no reservation in recommending his services to anyone. Paul does great work! Very friendly and personable. Has been in the business a while and prides himself on doing the job right, beware of those who are in the business for a quick buck, this is not the way CAPPS work. They do very professional work and are very thorough. Excellent job would highly recommend his services! A+++

Paul Cappellina did an excellent work in our home. I notice that Mr. Cappellina put an extra care on my furniture and wood flooring during the entire cleaning. Very professional and knowledgeable when questions were asked. When the job was done, we were very satisfied and we will definitely be calling Paul back. I recommend this company to all.

What a great team, Rob and his assistant Andrew really know what they are doing. I never knew there could be so much stuff in my vents! And my Dryer venting was near blocked with lint. They informed me of the fires dangers that could arise from neglecting having the dryer venting cleaned on a regular basis. They where very efficient, thorough and took great care in protecting my home and furnishings during the entire process. I will definitely be calling them back.

I cannot begin to explain how efficient and effective both of these gentlemen were. Unbeleiveable in their approach and customer service. I have been in the Hotel Industry for many year and I can tell you there has never been an occurence where I felt so satisfied with the end result and service of the job that was done until now... This company is a model for any company in their approach to taking care of the customers needs. The first time ever a Duct Cleaning company cleaned every vent in my house with the large vacum and explained their process! Both owners, Robert and Paul Cappellina completed the work, really making the service personal. Very knowledgable individuals, excellent service and priced just right. Highly recommended!
