Capps is a highly professional company that still values good old fashion customer service. Paul is extremely knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to ensure that your ducts are clean, providing a healthy environment for your family. In a world of fast food, cheap plasticky imported parts and revolving door client service, it's refreshing to see a company that still pays attention to the details and still believes in the virtues of strong work ethics. My sister needed her ducts cleaned and asked my advice so I turned to homestars and gave her 3 top rated numbers to call. She chose CAPPS and was so happy that I decided to have them clean my ducts too. Price was good, communication was excellent and everyone was on time. Appreciated the tips given to us by Paul. Their cleaning method is technically superior, I could actually hear the debris going through the hose. Paul is very detail oriented and intelligent, I can't recommend CAPPS enough.

Paul Cappellina fitted my home into his schedule on a Friday night. With a kid on the way within a week, I wanted to get this done beforehand and I was late looking into it. Paul was very professional and through in his explanations and his work. He corrected the poor duct access holes the previous duct cleaners had done, and he gave me a great tip on relocating my humidifier. I recommended his services to my friends who are looking at getting their ducts done and I would recommend him to anyone else out there. Has been in the business a while and prides himself on doing the job right, beware of those who are in the business for a quick buck, this is not the way CAPPS work. Paul Cappellina did an excellent work in our home. I notice that Mr. Cappellina put an extra care on my furniture and wood flooring during the entire cleaning. Very professional and knowledgeable when questions were asked. When the job was done, we were very satisfied and we will definitely be calling Paul back. I recommend this company to all.

What a great team, Rob and his assistant Andrew really know what they are doing. I never knew there could be so much stuff in my vents! And my Dryer venting was near blocked with lint. They informed me of the fires dangers that could arise from neglecting having the dryer venting cleaned on a regular basis. They where very efficient, thorough and took great care in protecting my home and furnishings during the entire process. I will definitely be calling them back.

The first time ever a Duct Cleaning company cleaned every vent in my house with the large vacum and explained their process!
