    Capps Duct Cleaning Review

    I had Capps come in to clean my ducts and dryer vent. He was thorough, professional, punctual and left everything cleaned up and complete .My dryer vent also needed a new cover outside which he did for me and is very appreciated.

    Excellent service

    Had my ducts cleaned by Capps. They also cleaned out our central vac system and our dryer vent. Excellent service. Very happy with the communication leading up to the service, and very happy with the technician who came on the day of, Robert. Would definitely recommend Capps.

    Duct Cleaning Service

    Robert arrived on time and checked every rooms to make sure all vents area are cleared before starting his work. He warned about the noise level while he worked and finished his work in one hour. His work was really neat and clean. He also helped to change the new filter and fix the furnace cover which was not closed firmly to operate. He was polite and professional. I was happy to choose Capps Duct Cleaning Services and will do in the future.

    Duct Cleaning- GTA

    Duct cleaning

    Paul was fantastic. Paul called in advance and was on time. His work was clean, efficient, reliable. His advices and answers were very professional. I would recommend Paul and his company to everyone.

    Duct Cleaning

    Capps came recommended to us, now we’re doing the same. Dealt with Cynthia to book the appointment and she was very nice and flexible with my work schedule. Rob came to clean our ducts right on time. He was friendly and informative and did a great job. Definitely recommend them, you wont be disaappointed!

    Duct cleaning

    This was our second time working with Capps, they had come three years prior and we installed a new furnace so wanted them to come back. They were professional, on time, courteous, and out in under two hours. I continued to work at my home office while they were here. They were also good about recommending improvements to my ducting for my dryer. Lead time from initial call to visit was about two months, but that's the price you have to pay for someone who is busy. They did call with a few cancellations to get me ahead of the line, but I unfortunately wasn't available. Will definitely use them again in 3-5 years.

    worry-free duct cleaning

    After more than 10 years, the ducts needed cleaning. So did the bathroom exhaust vents. Paul of Capps Duct Cleaning provided a clear explanation of how to prepare the house for their work. He arrived on time, explained clearly what was going to be done, took care in maneuvering the equipment around the house, warned about the noise level while he worked, and gave a good estimate on how long the work would take. All precautions needed due to Covid were also clearly followed. I would highly recommend Capps Duct Cleaning to anyone.

    Duct Cleaning old Toronto home

    We were way over due to have our ducts cleaned. Searched Home Stars and after reading all the positive reviews decided to use Capps. Glad we did! Paul is a friendly guy and did a great job explaining everything he was doing. He made sure we were satisfied when he was done and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. So glad we got our dryer vent cleaned out as well ( Paul showed us the lint & junk that he blew out ) Definitely recommend this company. Thanks again

    Professional service all around!

    Were professional all around! Handled their equipment with great care, explained everything they were doing, and communicated everything clearly. Couldn't ask for anything better. Also had them install a UV air cleaner into the furnace for additional cleaning. Would gladly recommend them to anyone!
