Were professional all around! Handled their equipment with great care, explained everything they were doing, and communicated everything clearly. Couldn't ask for anything better. Also had them install a UV air cleaner into the furnace for additional cleaning. Would gladly recommend them to anyone!

I contacted HomeStars to find a reputable company to clean the interior ducts and vents inside my home. I got a prompt response from Capps Duct Cleaning Service by email and then by phone to book an appointment. When Robert came to my home yesterday, he was professional, friendly, efficient, and took time to explain the process to me and how this cleaning benefits our home's air quality, which promotes good health. Our townhouse is 2 levels with a finished basement. He was finished in 1.15 hours. When he showed me the dirt that was extracted, I was blown away. Robert was also kind enough to show me that our furnace was very dirty and the unfinished upstairs laundry room dryer vent also needed to be cleaned so that if we decide to install a laundry unit in there, it will perform more efficiently. Robert also made an extra effort to check that everything was in working order with our furnace, no gas leaks and that our humidifier filter was excessively dirty and needed to be changed. He had one on hand inside his truck and it was replaced. Excellent customer service and I didn't feel like I was being upsold on anything, but he wanted me to know the issues going on inside our home. If I didn't want him to address it at that time, I was free to say no, but of course, I said yes because we just moved into our lovely home in July, 2021 and I wanted to make sure that we take good care of it from the inside out. In my opinion, this was money well spent and I would gladly use Capps again two years from now when this process needs to be repeated. Know that you will not be disappointed with Robert's professionalism and dedication to what he does to improve the air quality of your home not to forget this process also improves the efficiency of your furnace/air conditioner.

Robert showed up on time to clean our Ducts. As he was getting his equipment out of his van I noticed how organized he was. With our 4 cats and 3 dogs and grandkids all home this day Robert was very professional and careful . I would highly recommend Capps for their expert service in duct cleaning and most certainly use them again.

CAPPS have great reviews and they lived up to their online reputation. Paul was very professional and worked hard to clean out debris leftover from construction that was causing leaks in the AC. I will always use CAPPS from now on!

I called Capps Duct Cleaning based on reviews on Homestars. They certainly live up to their high rating! They are very friendly and efficient from booking the appointment through to the service they provide. Robert showed up a few minutes early and explained how the work would be done. He went through every room to locate each floor and return vent. He explained how he would be careful with the large vacuum hose so as not to rub against doors, furniture or surfaces. I really appreciated that. He was very thorough in his work and even went back over areas I thought needed another pass. Robert is friendly and takes time to explain the work he is doing.
