    Residential Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning

    Paul and Joe came by this past Tuesday to clean our ducts and dryer vent. They arrived right on time, and were not only professional but also very courteous, personable and friendly. They completed the cleaning of the vents, our furnace, and the dryer vent in about an hour and forty-five minutes. Compressed air and an agitation tool were used to loosen dust and debris in each of the individual heat registers and air return ducts in the house (I watched them clean each one), and debris was vacuumed out of the vents - and out of the house - to the waste bin in their van. The vacuum was powerful enough to pull out an empty soft drink can, a piece of MDF, various bits of plaster, and pieces of plastic sheeting. They removed years worth of dryer lint from the vent, and when I went out to the back patio to test the airflow it was noticeably improved. Most important for me, however, is the fact that the removal of the lint from the dryer vent has reduced the likelihood of a dryer fire starting in the future. Once the cleaning was completed, the vents were sanitized. Paul also cut a hole in the air return duct to our furnace to thoroughly clean it out. Paul has a gas fitter's license, which is not the case for technicians with some duct cleaning companies - and it was important to me to make sure that the person touching our furnace was licensed to clean and service it, as we just had the furnace installed in January of this year and didn't want to void our manufacturer's warranty by having an unlicensed technician clean it. It's been a few days since the cleaning of the ducts, and the air in our home is clean. It seems that less dust accumulates between vacuuming and dusting, and drying our clothes takes *far* less time than it used to. I am very pleased with the service - not only with the outcome, but with the incredibly professional and thorough way in which it was rendered. I give Capps Duct Cleaning my highest recommendation.

    Duct Cleaning

    Great experience dealing with this company: extremely professional, great communication skills, attentive to details, arrived on time, finished work quickly, left our house nice and clean. As a bonus, fixed the panel on the furnace which stopped the whistling noise it was making. Job well done Paul and Jo, thank you!

    Our house has never been so warm!

    From the first phone call, Paul and Jo were professional and inclusive. I'm the type who wants to know what's being done and why, and the guys were patient and took the time to explain every detail of what they were doing. They even explained that we didn't need a new furnace, when I was planning to spend the money this year. Overall, our house has never been happier. The air reaches every room in the house; even the 2nd floor guest room and basement bathroom, which have historically been ice boxes. Not only that, but for the first time in a long time, my wife was able to sleep soundly without allergies. These are the benefits of getting your ducts cleaned. If you've been putting it off because you don't understand why it's necessary, take it from me; it's like living in a totally different house. Paul, Joe, can't thank you guys enough for the excellent job you did! We'll definitely be contacting you again in the future.

    Duct cleaning

    My daughter and boyfriend just had the ducts cleaned at a property they just bought in Milton. They we're not able to be present so I went down to let the guys in. They explained exactly what they were doing and how the cleaning worked. They used drop cloths throughout the house and we're very careful with all the newly painted walls. Every vent and return throughout the house were cleaned including the inside of the furnace. I was so impressed that I am looking forward to getting mine cleaned after Christmas. Would highly recommend.

    Dryer vent cleaning, good service, friendly

    I was impressed by the guys at Capps, specifically about how they were responsive, showed-up on time and were very courteous, polite and respectful. The communicated well regarding the appointment time, both prior to the appointment and on the day of the appointment. I would use them again for my duct cleaning in the spring. Duct cleaning is something that most people struggle to see the value and its periodic maintenance happens on a long time scale, unless of course your situation is really "out of control". I had to inquire a little bit about how much lint there was, so maybe helping clients to see their current state would be helpful; i.e., think about a short video scope with a tablet. Otherwise, everyone seemed just fine.

    Excellent service

    Our house has not had a duct cleaning in a long time, so we decided to call the professionals. Paul and Joe arrived on time and they explained everything that needed to be done in great detail. Friendly and courteous, they took the time to thoroughly clean our countless vents and the furnace itself. At the end, they sprayed sanitizer in all the ducts, making our house smell like fresh laundry. And no, we do not miss the "old house" smell!

    Great Team

    I needed my ducts cleaned after all the renos done in the house. Had no clue when it was last done. After my previous bad experience at my old house, I decided to search via Homestars. Capps was one of the higher rated companies. Internet reviews said the same. Paul and Joe came on time, spent the time that they said they would, no damage to the home. Didn't leave a mess. Told me what they found, and I feel better knowing that the ducts have been cleaned, and the air quality in the home will be better.

    Home Duct Cleaning

    I hired Capps Duct Cleaning Service to clean our ducts today . What a fabulous experience dealing with this company Kathe in customer service is on point, absolutely lovely to deal with and puts a smile on your face when you talk to her. The tech staff and owner that came to my house today were equally as fabulous. Polite, courteous, friendly and extremely professional! What an absolute pleasure to work with team. All questions answered, and all procedures explained. They even changed my furnace filter for me too! What a added bonus! I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who needs their ducts cleaned.     Great Company

    Friendly and professional. They showed up on time and finished the work quickly. They were also answered some of my questions and provided useful tips to extend the life of the furnace.

    duct, dryer vent cleaning and bird nest removal

    A job well done! The crew paid attention to all details of our homes and left our properties in a clean state. Prior to commencing their work, Paul explained the process and all questions were answered. Good communication skills. There was also no rush in completing the job. I was totally satisfied and I would not hesitate to hire them again. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their ducts cleaned.
