    Duct Cleaning Service

    I called Capps to clean the ducts in my home after it was recently renovated. Their team took my call, provided a quote over the phone and came within a few days. The quality of their work and attention to detail was exceptional and I also appreciate their understanding of the process and having them take the time to educate me on why they were preforming their services in a particular way, the benefit of doing so, and things I should look out for moving forward. This is a first class company and I will be both recommending their services to friends and using them again in the future when needed. Thank you for your hard work!

    Duct Cleaning

    We felt getting a thorough duct cleaning service was necessary as we've been in our home for several years and have never had it done. We researched companies online and Capp's seem to stand out for their quality work and outstanding reviews. We were not disappointed. Rob and Scott arrived on time - they were very friendly, careful, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. It was obvious that they actually care about their customers - they were thorough and informative during the entire process and provided us with great tips. The end result - I don't have to dust as often as I used to:)!! The objective was met and more importantly the air feels cleaner, which makes us happy and gives us peace of mind as we have young children in the home. Great value. Thank you Capp's for a job well done - highly recommend this company.

    Duct cleaning

    I needed duct cleaning done for my house and I didn't really know who to call so I decided to read reviews online and Capps duct cleaning stood out to me. They arrived on time which was good. I was very pleased they were super nice and did an amazing job. I got my duct and dry vents cleaned. Robert was explaining to me what he was doing in the process and why its done. I will be calling them again in the future for sure.

    Nest removal from vent

    I had a big problem with a bird nest in one of the vents in a bathroom. I did contact CAPPS and immediately set up an appointment and came right away. I liked their service because they were right on time, they had a good knowledge of the problem and provided a good advise on the finishing. The price was reasonable as well. Thank you Paul and his team for provide a good service.

    Duct Cleaning

    Prompt and friendly, Paul and Joe really enjoy their work. They were efficient and very careful with the duct cleaning, cleaned the furnace, air conditioner and dryer vent. Would recommend them to anybody!

    Duct Cleaning

    I am very disappointed by hiring Capps duct cleaning. First, the way I was explained how duck cleaning will be done on the phone. They didn’t do it that way. They supposed to close/ seal all vents and push dust/ debris to lower vents and then suck all dust with powerful vacuum. They didn’t do so. They just sucked up dust by old vacuum machine. Secondly, their vacuum is not new and powerful enough. They have done job within less than an hour or an hour. I am paid $250. Even though I was told on the phone they will cleanup all vents but they didn’t touch one of my return vent and one supply vent on the basement. I wouldn’t recommend this company to nay one or hair them again.

Ash for the size of your home on average the duct cleaning will take 1-1 1/2 hours to complete which also was explained to you. We had arrived at your home at 10am as requested and had finished with extra's and had everything done by 11:30am. We are truly sorry that you are disatisfied but, I do know that your ducts are 100% clean. I am the owner of Capps Duct Cleaning and I clean every home as if I was cleaning my own home.     duct cleaning

    Thank you Scott...amazing service!!! I highly recommend this company...very professional and deliver what they promise. Finally I found a company I could count on to clean my ducts. They actually delivered more than what they promised.

    duct cleaning

    Paul and his co-worker came to clean my ducts today. They were very professional, friendly and they even changed a few light bulbs for me. I would highly recommend them to others.

    Duct Cleaning

    As with other reviews, top notch service, very thorough, informative,and accommodating. We own a parrot and and a timid cat and were apprehensive about hiring a duct cleaning service, Not having the ducts cleaned for quite a few years and with a recent bathroom renovation, it needed to be done. Rob (one of the owners) and Scott were prompt and efficient very friendly and knowledgeable with great recommendations on optimizing our HVAC system. We have recommended them to our family and will recommend them to our friends. It is rare these days to find the personal touch and pride that this company continues to give to all of their customers!

    Duct Work Cleaning, Dryer, Evaporator Coil

    Paul and Joe just completed duct work cleaning and dryer cleaning. We have a new baby and wanted peace of mind with the dryer (fire prevention) and concern of a foul smell in one of the ducts. I originally requested they clean out my evaporator coil but Paul was honest to say that it wasn't required and saved me money. He also avoided unnecessary replacement of dryer vent piping and repaired it at no charge. I'd recommend Paul and Joe as at least Paul has TSSA certification. Both are very knowledgeable and provided numerous tips and money saving ideas. Will be calling them again for my parents home or for my next cleaning at the current or next home. They are great to deal with and were honest with me rather than trying to nickel and dime us.
