    Duct Cleaning

    Capps did not disappoint! I used a different company for 2 decades and wish I had switched sooner. Yes, their pricing was reasonable and quoted upfront. But they were also professional, timely, and friendly. They explained how their technique was different and more thorough than competitors. They took protective measures to ensure that walls, corners etc. were not damaged by their equipment. We could actually tell that the duct system was cleaner. Very happy with the results!

    dryer duct cleaning

    With a 9+ home stars score, What can I say abt these guys that hasnt already been said. I am 200% satisfied with The service I received from Paul and Joe. All around great guys and very helpful. They were very professional and shared the knowldege , explaining what they were doing every step of the way. For me it was a quick dryer duct cleaning but they also did a full cleaning of vents, ducts, furnace etc for a friend of mine and he too was equally satisfied their service. Keep up the great work, professionalism and customer service guys!! Other service providers can learn a thing or two or three from these guys!!

    Duct Cleaning

    Paul and Joe did an excellent job. They listened to my concerns about a smell in one area of the ductwork and ran a camera down to investigate. They explained to me how and why they cleaned the ducts the way they do and kept me informed throughout the process, giving recommendations for future maintenance and other concerns. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

    Duct Cleaning

    I contacted Capps to do my duct cleaning after researching them online through google search and and also have read the reviews from Homestars. Well, Scott showed up and explained in detail what he will do. Went thru each duct port so nothing will be left uncleaned. He laid out his hoses and also made sure his hoses will not scratch the floor and the walls on which the hoses will be coming in contact with. To sum up, he did a good job making sure everything is cleaned from top to bottom. He is thorough. I am very satisfied with the work done. I am meticulous on services like this so I know that his work is beyond my satisfaction. He also got my dryer vent cleaned, although it is not part of the basic cleaning we agreed upon. There were no hidden charges as agreed upon in the original quote. I will definitely use their services again when it is time to clean. Highly recommended.

    Duct and Furnace Cleaning

    Robert and Scott were very friendly and knowledgeable in their work. They did an excellent job in cleaning our furnace and ducts. They answered all of our questions and fixed our problems. There was no hidden costs. They cleaned our dryer vent and my furnace at no extra charge. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I would highly recommend these guys. Thank you

    Duct Cleaning

    We had our ducts cleaned by Capps in 2011 after some renovations. They were very thorough and the work was performed exactly as they said. Reasonable cost - absolutely worth the price - no cutting of corners. Explained everything and took care to everything properly.

    We were extremely satisfied with the service. Cathy was exceptional and clearly communicated all levels of the process.     Dryer Vent

    I would like to take this opportunity to thank Paul and his team for a great job on cleaning out our dryer vent. The dryer vent had never been cleaned, but they were up for the challenge. Like so many other satisfied customers, they were great to deal with and did a fantastic job. As promised, they were in and out within 45 minutes. They will be definitely be added to my referral list.

    Duct cleaning

    Paul and Joe recently came to clean my ducts. They preformed their job in a timely and efficient manner. I was able to have them booked and scheduled within a week. I am more than satisfied with the results and would recommend them to anybody in the future. If you are looking for a qualified duct cleaning company to get your ducts cleaned on time and done properly...I wouldn't look any further.

    Duct Cleaning Service

    I called Capps to clean the ducts in my home after it was recently renovated. Their team took my call, provided a quote over the phone and came within a few days. The quality of their work and attention to detail was exceptional and I also appreciate their understanding of the process and having them take the time to educate me on why they were preforming their services in a particular way, the benefit of doing so, and things I should look out for moving forward. This is a first class company and I will be both recommending their services to friends and using them again in the future when needed. Thank you for your hard work!
