    Duct Cleaning

    Paul & Joe were great guys. In and out. Loved my 18 month old daughter! Paul suggested that I add a Hepa filter to my home system but wasn't too pushy about it. I'd definitely work with Capps again.

    Duct/Furnace Cleaning

    An efficient, reliable company who is passionate about ensuring the ducts and furnace are cleaned properly. On time, as per quote. Capps method stands out above other duct cleaning companies we historically used, as they clean through each duct, not only from the basement up. They are committed to ensuring the customer understands their process, and gave us tips to use our furance more efficiently.

    Duct cleaning

    They managed to slot us in the same day we called due to a cancelation and were professional from the start. They took the time to explain the work before they started and did a through and amazing job starting from the top floor and working their way down. I would highly recommend them and be using them again.

    Air duct cleaning

    Two weeks ago Paul & Joe cleaned my ducts. They were very friendly & professional. I found them to be reasonably priced as one company quoted me double the amount I paid. Paul kept me informed on what they were doing & provided me with tips on how to maintain my furnace. A week later I received a follow up phone call from Mike to ensure I was satisfied with everything....I was! I would recommend Capps duct cleaning services to family & friends.

    Duct cleaning

    Capps Duct came to clean our ducts and they did a great job. They were very pleasant, careful about the house, and thorough. They cleaned the ducts from every vent, not just from the basement up. I highly recommend them.

    Duct Cleaning

    Right from the first call I made to make inquiries about the service, the courtesy and great personality of CAPPS Duct Cleaning Service was apparent. The service we were provided was extremely thorough and again the courtesy and personality of the 2 technicians were absolutely amazing. It turned out that my very critical and know it all dad had absolutely nothing negative to say about CAPPS (he always does). The gentlemen were great sports about having him follow them around and were very happy to show and explain everything they were doing while getting done what they needed to. CAPPS is a very family friendly and all around pleasant and not to mention provide exceptional service! I would say look no further when considering duct cleaning services!

    Duct cleaning

    The whole team at Capps takes duct cleaning seriously. Making an appointment was easy and they were able to come in on very short notice to provide duct cleaning after a renovation. Paul did a thorough cleaning job - he took pride in showing us all of the areas he cleaned, why he did the cleaning the way he did, and spent extra time ensuring that the job is done correctly. All of this was done for a very fair price inline with other highly rated duct companies with a few 'extras' thrown in. Also, when I was having a separate problem with my cooling system, Paul happened to be 'in the neighborhood' and swung by to take a look. He told me how to prepare the unit for being serviced and recoommended an HVAC professional (he called them on my behalf!) for speedy service. On the hottest day of the year (ever?), Capps earned a customer for life and I will recommend him to all of my neighbors and friends without hesitation.

    Duct Cleaning

    Robert and his colleague were cordial and explained what they would do. They were efficient and courteous. They did an excellent job and even cleaned the dryer vent. Robert even fixed our loose electrical wire to the vent.

    Duct Cleaning

    Just an overall great experience. On time and extremely informative. We just bought our first new home and we knew nothing about our ducts and air filtration system. Now I feel like I know how to maintain it on our own and we now know when maintenance is needed to be done. Extremely friendly staff and they made the whole process seamless. Rob, the owner, checked everything and made sure everything was in tip top shape! He also caught a tube that wasn't installed properly by the previous owners and could have potentially caused us a $500+ bill if it had malfunctioned. Price is great and customer service is outstanding! Thank you for everything Capps Duct Cleaning Services!
