    Duct cleaning

    The whole team at Capps takes duct cleaning seriously. Making an appointment was easy and they were able to come in on very short notice to provide duct cleaning after a renovation. Paul did a thorough cleaning job - he took pride in showing us all of the areas he cleaned, why he did the cleaning the way he did, and spent extra time ensuring that the job is done correctly. All of this was done for a very fair price inline with other highly rated duct companies with a few 'extras' thrown in. Also, when I was having a separate problem with my cooling system, Paul happened to be 'in the neighborhood' and swung by to take a look. He told me how to prepare the unit for being serviced and recoommended an HVAC professional (he called them on my behalf!) for speedy service. On the hottest day of the year (ever?), Capps earned a customer for life and I will recommend him to all of my neighbors and friends without hesitation.

    Duct Cleaning

    Robert and his colleague were cordial and explained what they would do. They were efficient and courteous. They did an excellent job and even cleaned the dryer vent. Robert even fixed our loose electrical wire to the vent.

    Duct Cleaning

    Just an overall great experience. On time and extremely informative. We just bought our first new home and we knew nothing about our ducts and air filtration system. Now I feel like I know how to maintain it on our own and we now know when maintenance is needed to be done. Extremely friendly staff and they made the whole process seamless. Rob, the owner, checked everything and made sure everything was in tip top shape! He also caught a tube that wasn't installed properly by the previous owners and could have potentially caused us a $500+ bill if it had malfunctioned. Price is great and customer service is outstanding! Thank you for everything Capps Duct Cleaning Services!

    Duct Cleaning

    We noticed on day 1 upon moving into our 80year old home that the ducts needed some cleaning. The previous owners had a cat and dog and probably didn't clean the ducts for a long time! After doing a bit of reading, we decided to ask Paul and his team to help us out. They got back to us in a couple of days and by the end of the week, came over to do the job. They were professional, timely and took the time to explain what they were doing and about air quality in the home.

    Duct Cleanining

    The service was great. They scheduled me in the same week as I called.I wanted to get the work done before going on holidays. On the day before they phoned and reminded me of the appointment. They phoned on the day of the appointment to see if they could come a couple of hours early, which suited us. They went right to work upon arrival , did all the work and cleaned everything up after them. They sure got a lot of junk/debris out of the ducts,which the builder was supposed to have done and obviously did not. Great job , will use these folks again.

    Duct Cleaning

    It was a pleasure to get Paul come and clean the ducts in our new home. He was on time, and explained his process of what he was doing and went right to work. I was very satisfied with his work and professionalism. I would highly recommend him to any one. Thanks Paul.

    Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning

    Rob and his team are very experienced and professional. Was on time, quick, clean, and reasonably priced with absolutely no damage to the house what so ever. I highly recommend this company! Chris Markham

    Duct and Furnace cleaning

    Robert and his staff did an amazing job cleaning my ducts and furnace. They gave me great advice on how to maintain my furnace. They were careful when they moved my furniture and didnt cause any damage. Both professional and friendly, I would highly recommend Capps for a thorough job.

    Robs the best!!!

    I have had Rob and his team up to our place in Muskoka twice now for a cleaning of the system. They were great, very professional and courteous, did a great job and left the whole house just breathing better. I will be having them back again for sure. The rates are very reasonable as well. Rob even cleaned inside the furnace and the HRV system and gave me some pointers on the settings I should be using. Awesome guys!!

    Duct cleaning service

    This is our first time to call a duct cleaning service. Capps provided us a professional and high quality work. Not only I got the clean service, but also I learned how to do basic maintenance work of our HRV system from Paul. Thank you, Paul. We'll see you in 3 years.
