    Air Duct Cleaning

    We would highly recommend Capps to anyone needing their services. They were courteous, hard working, helpful and effective. I was having a real dust issue for years and all that has cleared up since they came in a few weeks back. They also made some suggestions and adjustments to air vent flow and we have already benefitted from their advice. Bravo guys! See you in 4-5 years. :)

    Duct cleaning

    They were very accommodating in coming in for an appointment quickly. I find it hard to review because I really don't know how good of a job they did. I saw them hooking up the vacuums etc and know they were working hard, but I don't know how much debris was actually cleaned out of the vents. I did ask them to clean out the dryer which they did and I can see a difference in that, but that's about all! I assume all is good... The one comment I will say, is that the two guys who were here repeatedly made reference to how they use better methods than their competition and made mild disparging comments about the competition. This doesn't really sit well with me and I'd prefer if they just told me about what they were doing and showed me how it was working without referring all the time to other companies.

    Duct cleaning

    The guys from Capps were fantastic! I would without hesitation recommend them to anyone. Professional, courteous, and thorough are the best way to describe Capps! They cleaned our entire duct system gave honest no cost advise on how to improve general air quality, and talked us through the whole process. They were quick and efficient and very pleasant to talk to. Don't bother calling anyone else. Just call Capps, you won't be disappointed!!

    Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning

    We moved into our home three years ago and we didn't think that the previous owners had ever had the ducts or dryer vent cleaned during the time they lived in the home. I wanted the job done right and in my opinion there is no company better than Capps to do the work. Paul and Joe were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely passionate about their work. They explained what they were doing at every step. I could not believe the things they pulled out of the vents - the highlight was a lottery ticket from 1988! Gross! When they were done, Paul showed me the finished product and I could see that the ducts were pristine. They looked their best in years. There was a dramatic difference in the air flow through the house. Paul also took the time to explain how the air flow in our third-floor loft could be drastically improved, and we are looking forward to working with Capps again in this regard. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in regards to home-care services in quite some time. Thank you, Capps!

    Duct Cleaning & Hepa Filter Installation

    The service we received from Paul and his team was outstanding. He explained everything thoroughly and is very knowledgeable and passionate about his job. My wife has severe allergies to dust and Paul was very focused in helping us solve this issue. We would like to thank Paul and his team for his superb service and would recommend his team to anyone thinking of having their ducts cleaned or the installation of a Hepa system. Thanks again Capps!

    Duct Cleaning

    Thank you so much for the great service and working around my deck guys as you cleaned. They re-cleaned the fan area in the furnace and shorten my dryer hose vent. They notice that it was not cleaned propertly by previous company free of charge it was only done months before. I will definitely be using these guys again in the future and would also refer them to family & friends. Thanks again, Jackie

    duct cleaning

    great job arrived on time , excellant job, neat cleaned up all debris & even cleaned the dryer duct, would reccomond them to everyone all the crew involved were proficiant, pleasant & knew what they were doing

    Duct Cleaning

    WOW! I am so impressed. It is hard pressed to find companies like this today. They did an awesome job and Robert took the time to explain how things worked. Robert and his partner were professional and very friendly, from the moment the walked in the door till they left. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs their ducts cleaned. As Mike Holmes says, if you are gonna do it right...then do it right the FIRST time! Keep up the good job guys and see you guys in two years!!!

    Duct Cleaning

    These guys really do care about doing a good job. They brought their equipment into my house and with a vacuum and snake, sucked the length of all of the ducts. They recommended that a better job could be done if they cut a small access hole in my basement ceiling (due to the configuration of my house) to ensure full removal of dust and debris and spent the extra time to do so before patching the duct and cleaning the mess. The team is very professional and friendly.
