We located Capps Ducts from Homestars and believed they deserved our first review. Paul and Joe did a phenomenal job in explaining the procedures, responded to questions, took great care to minimize disruptions, extremely knowledgable, finished on time and joked with our small kids to help them relax.
We had just completed renovations (see other reviews) to our 1,200 sq. ft basement. As we expected during the construction, dust had travelled from the basement throughout our 13 year old home. We're the original owners and ducts are normally cleaned every 4 years. This would have been our 3rd Duct Cleaning.
Capps cleaned all the Ducts (Heat and Air), Furnace, Adjusted the Air Flow, Checked the Air Filter, Cleaned the Dryer and helped to remove the bird's nest in the main floor exhaust fan. They removed approx. 10-15 lbs of dust, not including the birds nest, dryer vent and the 2" X 4" wood block on the second floor vent after it was previously cleaned twice!
We considered other contractors with varying prices, but considering the services performed; Capps far exceeded our expectations. I will gladly recommend and provide a reference for their services. Good honest and hard working companies do exist, Capps Duct Cleaning Services Inc is well worth the money!
