I called Capps Duct Cleaning Services based on their excellent reviews on Homestars; after having the work completed, I see that those reviews are well justified. Paul and Joe were extremely professional and courteous. It was a rainy miserable day and they both took great pains not to track water in the house, to keep the equipment dry, and to remove their shoes at the door. It's always encouraging when the business owner comes out to do the work himself and takes the time to explain the process, and Paul provided the rationale for his methods, answered my questions thoroughly and also offered some helpful suggestions. It was cool enough this afternoon to warrant turning on the furnace briefly and the improvement after the cleaning was noticeable; the stale smell that often accompanies the first few hours of heating in the fall was completely absent. I'm very satisfied with the service - it was well worth the money (and I thought their fee was quite reasonable) and I will certainly call them again and recommend them to friends.
