    duct cleaning

    We are just moving into our new house, and Capps is the only service provider who has delivered what they promised. They arrived on time, were clean and efficient, and did their job very well. They also provided advice on our furnace efficiency, and other general tips for our new home. Awesome service, great guys. I only wish other service providers were as good. Thanks guys, Raphael

    Duct Cleaning

    Paul and Andrew were meticulous in their approach. They were on time, diligent, and explained all aspects of the job while answering numerous new homeowner questions. The cleaning was comprehensive and we would highly recommend Capps to our friends and neighbours.

    Duct Cleaning Services

    Paul and Joe were absolutely amazing. They were courteous, polite and utmost professional. They went out of their way to ensure the service was well explained and handled properly. I would highly recommend Capps for your duct cleaning! Sincerely, Vivian

    Duct cleaning and humidifier installation

    Capps literally went out of their way for me since I'm outside of their usual service area. They did a great job cleaning the ducts and replacing my old drum/toxic soup humidifier with a new flow through one. When they ran into a snag installing it, they stepped out to a hardware store and bought the piece (PVC T joint) they needed, rather than leaving a hack job, they did it right. They treated my house as if it was their own. I really appreciate the time they put into their work and didn't leave until it was perfect. This was my first time having the ducts cleaned in over 10 years. There are so many companies in this field it's almost a joke. I relied on HomeStars reviews because I didn't want to be a horror story victim. What prompted my search was a call from Sears offering a free quote, which obligated me to book a cleaning within 30 days. I thought their price was rather high, so I decided to investigate. $ears wanted over $500 to replace the humidifier and $550 to clean the ducts, plus $209 to clean the A/C - almost $1300 total. It turned our that my A/C didn't need cleaning and Capps did not charge me for unnecessary work. I canceled the $ears job within the 10 day cancellation period. Capps did a great job!

    Duct Cleaning

    After moving into my home 6 years ago, I decided that I should not put off cleaning the ducts any longer. So based on this site and a fair price I selected CAPPS. Boy, I am glad I did!!! Robert and assistant (sorry, I forgot your name) performed a meticulous cleaning of my ducts and furnace, removing some very interesting items (not mine) and a horrifying amount of filth. There was evidence of neglect and/or previous duct cleaning not properly done. Robert was very patient in answering with my numerous questions and even made a valuable furnance replacement recommendation. I highly recommend Robert(CAPPS) as this guy is very knowledgeable of his field, has excellent customer service skills and most importantly does an outstanding duct cleaning job!

    Duct cleaning

    I'd highly recommend Capps. They were efficient, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and curteous. They were more than willing to help us move some furniture and remove baby gates to access the vents. They cleaned our electrostatic furnace filters and changed our humidifier water panel and told us how to clean and how often to replace going forward. They were finished in under 2 hours and left with a friendly good-bye. I'd recommend them to my family and friends without hesitation or any caveats.

    Duct Cleaning

    Great duct cleaning company, reasonable prices, extremely knowledgeable. Paul showed up on time, answered all our questions, was careful with our house, and most important of all, he's an expert at this. You can tell he loves what he's doing, he has no problem answering questions and showing you exactly what he's doing. We had a new house that the builder says they already duct cleaned, but the amount of stuff that came out after Paul was done made me glad I called him. EXCELLENT!!!

    Duct Cleaning

    I have had my home duct cleaned few times before, and this time I decided to choose Homestars.com Bests of 09 Duct Cleaning Company CAPPS Duct Cleaning. And I am so glad I did. Paul and his team arrived on time. Did an amazing job. Very thorough and very professional. They respected my time and my home.     Duct Cleaning

    Paul and his crew were very professional and did a great job. They arrived on time, provided us with an explanation of their unique approach to cleaning and got on with the job. They were quite thorough and worked carefully around furniture/fixtures. Definitely recommend them and will use them again!!

    Duct cleaning after renovations

    We needed duct cleaning done in a hurry and Capp and his crew made changes to their schedule and came the next day IN THE EVENING to meet my tight schedule. They went above and beyond and the house now feels "cleaner"...they also educated us on the process and were in my opinion "the best in class" for this job. I picked them because of the reviews on this site and I have already recommended to a friend. I highly recommend Capp and his crew. While they may cost just a few dollars more than everyone else, you are getting better service, better quality, and lots of extra touches that make worth every penny. Thanks guys...see you in about a year !
