Paul was very good at explaining everything to me about the ducts. He seemed very honest in his work. He went through the house checking everything, not missing anything. His rates are reasonable and he works fast by himself. He was explaining everything to the point that I felt I was overloaded with information, but for a person who knows little or nothing about ducts and furnaces it was useful the next time I need the service.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE $100 DUCT CLEANING SERVICES - CALL PAUL. I chose Capps Duct cleaning after reading the reviews on Homestars. It is one decission that I have not regretted. Paul came in and did a wonderfull job cleaning out our ducts. We had just completed major renovations, there was dirt and dust throughout our duct system. Paul showed me how and why his process is better, and the results where amazing. We used to vacuum the floors daily due to the amount of dust settling onto the surfaces. Since the duct cleaning, we are back to our normal cleaning practices. Paul came by himself because his colleague was not feeling well, yet still did a great, thorough job. We are extremely happy with the service, and would HIGHLY recommend him in the future. To Summarize: Job was done extremely well, Paul was a pleasure to deal with, he was professional, patient, price was very competetive (and worth every penny). We WILL use his services again in the future.

Found the company in Homestars and called due to positive reviews. I wish to add our review to the positive ones - they did a great job and quickly too! They arrived when they said they would and got about their business quickly and well. Good work, guys!

The guys at Capps Duct Cleaning were reliable, friendly and the services was reasonably priced. I only took them an hour to clean 12 vents, the furnace and the dry vent, it was great.

When we read the "Homestars" reviews and saw all the positive feedback for Capps, we decided to give them a try. What you read in the reviews, is definitely what you get. Paul is very professional and knowledgable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and did an excellent job cleaning all our ducts, furnace and dryer. He even found building debris in the ductwork that would have been from when the house was built. We have had a couple of other companies clean our ducts in the past but they obviously didn't do a very good job. We are very thankful for all the reviews because it made our choice easier this time around. We would highly recommend Capps Duct Cleaning and will definitely call them again. Thanks again Paul!!

Paul from Capps was exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Not only did he do the job I hired him for very very well, he took extra time to "MacGyver" a no cost solution for a fan rattle that was driving me nuts....Well done Paul. Thank you very much!!!!

I have been looking for a duct cleaning company for a while and after reading the homestar reviews, decided to give it a try. Paul and Andrew were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. They did a through job and explained what they were doing and didn't mind answering the different questions though some were more related to my HVAC system. Thanks Paul for the excellent work and I would highly recommend their service.

So after hearing all of the horror stories about duct cleaning it was time to do reasearch? We started researching duct cleaning companies on-line and came across Homestars. We made various calls to the top rated duct cleaning companies and made the final decission to go with CAPPS. They where $40.00 more than the competition but I have to tell Ya! Paul really knows his stuff.... As a previous condo owner this was our first house and Paul really helped us understand how our heating/cooling system worked and how to maintain our filters and humidifier. The before and after result on the duct cleaning was amazing... Thank You again Paul for taking the Time. You are worth the extra $$$ and to all those considering duct cleaning, CAPPS reviews say it all!

My problem was twofold: dirty ducts from poor maintenance by the previous owner and more importantly, the finished basement of our ten year old new (to us) house was freezing cold all the time. In addition to cleaning the ducts, Paul investigated all of the ducts, made adjustments to baffles and vents among other fine tuning and the result is that our rooms are warm and comfortable to use. In addition (my idea), we turned the fan on the furnace and keep it on all the time which has made the basement the same temperature as the rest of the house. I wish I had called Capp's months ago. They did a terrific job.

Had our duct cleaning done recently and was very satisfied with the services. Paul was professional, incredibly knowledgeable and provided what appeared to be top-notch service. We would recommend and use again in the future. Thanks Paul !
