When I needed to have the ducts cleaned in my home, I decided to check out Homestars and see who got great reviews. I called Capps because it seemed like other clients were happy with their serivce. After leaving a message, I got a call back promptly from Paul, who was very courteous and accomodating. I was having heating issues in my home and decided this would be a good place to start. I mentioned this on the phone to Paul and he said it would be his pleasure to help where he could, and said he couldn't promise anything but would try his best. Now I don't really understand the inner workings of the HVAC system in my home, but I do know that he did do what he could in terms of taking a peek and offering suggestions, some of which helped cool the basement and improve the airflow throughout the rest of the house. The duct cleaning went well and they cleaned the furnace filter and educated me on how to do it myself. I thought the service was great - on time, prompt and very friendly. Capps Duct cleaning was very professional, they explained to me what they were doing and cleaned all the ducts from my house. The promised and delivered, they were on time and did the work very well. I noticed the difference in the quality of the air inside my home. I highly recommend their service.

These guys are fantastic. We hired based solely on homestars reviews. So knowledgable, sincere and professional. We have a new 'older' home and we've had ALOT of contractors in the house for various items. Paul just stood out and above! After recent reno's (drywall dust everywhere) we needed someone in not only for the duct cleaning but to look at the entire furnace, its efficiency etc. Paul was that person for us. I wouldn't hesitate to recomend Capps!

I had the pleasure of dealing with the brother's. Rob & Paul. They did an excellent and thorough job of cleaning our ducts. They went the extra mile by explaining and giving me an orientation of how they were doing the job.They also made sure that heat was blowing as strongly as possible through my vends. I would without hesitate recommend Capps and will call them out again.

These guys had to work hard to clean my filthy ducts. I just bought an older house in Toronto, and had to completely rewire an remove all the knob and tube. (needless to say, there was a LOT of plaster dust sitting in my ducts, and the furnace was dirty too). They were thorough, neat and clean, and made sure not to dirty the walls around the ducts as they were working. All in all they did a great job, and I would highly recommend them!!

My husband has asthma and was finding it difficult to breah after we had our house painted. The evening following the clning he could really tell the dfference They were quick, clean and very professional. Paul an owner was there to give advice and explain everything I will deffinitewly use them again and I highly recommend thiscompany.

I called up this company based on the high ratings they had and they didn't disappoint. They were very responsive in getting back to me and setting up an appointment to come out and clean the air ducts of my home. I found Capps on Homestars and the reviews were all excellent. No wonder! These guys do a fabulous job and they don't rush to get to the next job. They may not be the cheapest vendor but in terms of value for money, quality of work and post-work clean-up they are just fantastic. We hadn't cleaned our ducts for a LONG time and the junk they pulled out was shocking. Unlike other cleaners they also told my wife that ducts do not need to be cleaned every year.

Capps Duct Cleaning Services were exceptional from the moment I spoke to Paul over the phone, to the service itself. Their technique differs from other duct cleaners, and though it takes twice as long, it's well worth having every duct in your home meticulously cleaned.
