All dealings with the company were very professional. From the time we booked the appointment to the reminder/ confirmation the day before to the actual cleaning. Our ducts from the home we bought were VERY dirty and the team (Paul + ???) spent over 3 hours working through the house to ensure every duct and the furnace was in good working order. My only suggestion is to put drop sheets down since it took a while to clean the house after.

We had just moved into a new house, and given we weren’t sure when the previous owners had last (or ever!) had the ducts cleaned, plus I have asthma, we decided to use this service. Based on their Homestars review, we went with Capps. They did a great job. They clearly take great pride in their work, and are very careful with their equipment (they even has special hoses that are designed to not scratch hard-wood floors). They also use an organic/non-toxic cleaner, which was very important to us. He took the time to answer all of our questions – and we had a lot of them, given this is our first house. Our only quibble was that we had then come at 9am, and didn’t realize quite how loud their vacuum was. When they say it’s as loud as a jet-engine, they weren’t kidding! We were sure to quickly apologize to our (new) neighbors. We will definitely use them again.

I found Capp's Duct Cleaning on HomeStars. The reviews were great - AND for good reason! I called Paul and explained my situation - we've just bought an older home and the previous owners had let it sink into disrepair. (We're doing a total reno in the spring.) There was an unbelievable amount of dog/cat hair and dirt in the house and I wasn't comfortable turning on the furnace. Paul gave me lots of info over the phone, explaining what his service was all about, and answered all my questions. He gave me his first available appointment. He arrived with his colleague Andy, did a quick inspection, explained how our ducts had been retro-fitted and figured out how to get the job done. Both gentlemen were professional, courteous and personable - careful moving their equipment through the house and cleaning up the mess. They also did an inspection and cleaning of our furnace and replaced the filter with a proper filter. The process was pleasant and professional. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

I live in a 100+ year old house, and if someone told me the ducts had EVER been cleaned, I'd be shocked. Going into our second fall/winter here, I knew we had to do something about the air quality before turning on the furnace. I checked out the Homestars reviews of duct cleaning services and settled on Capps. I called up Paul, who is quite possibly the nicest guy in the GTA, and booked an appointment. He graciously offered to come in on his day off because the temperature outside had dropped suddenly, and we wouldn't be able to give our tenants downstairs a heated space without cleaning the ducts and furnace first. Paul and Joe did a great job, were very tidy and precise, and explained everything before and after the job was done. I couldn't have asked for anything better and will definitely recommend Capps in the future. Thanks Paul!

Can't say enough about Paul's level of professionalism and desire to do the job right. Dealing with Capps was "a breath of fresh air" in an industry often maligned for its less-than-honest service providers. Paul and Joe were punctual, knowledgeable, thorough, and even went above-and-beyond by optimizing our HEPA filter installation, which had been improperly installed by the builder. Paul and Andrew did an exceptional work in cleaning our ducts. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and passionate of their work. Paul explained the duct cleaning process, serviced our built-in hepa filter and improved air flow to the regular filter. Andrew used air pressure hose and vacuum for each vent on our first floor bungalo. Paul even did a follow up call the next day to ask if all was okay. The combination of excellent work, great customer service, passion and dedication to their work makes them exceptional.

I am an owner of an HVAC company and I wanted to get my own home ducts cleaned. I have been in the industry for 20 years and seen well over 1,000 homes with their ducts cleaned. I have never recommended any duct cleaning service to my customers. I am now very happy to recommend Capps to all my customers. We were very happy with the work that Paul and Andrew provided. Professional from start to finish. Was definitely a great experience as Paul took the time to describe not only their process but how our heating/cooling system functioned in general [which was great as we were first time homebuyers] -- he was more than willing to answer all questions and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we were satisfied.
