Mary sent out Adrian to clean my carpet that had light stains. Adrian the carpet cleaner soaked it so badly that it dried with a huge water stain. My carpet is ruined . Reported it to Mary. She will not send Adrian back to re clean it. This is an unreputable company ! Avoid at all costs. BBB rated this company with an " F " the poorest rating , for good reason.

I had this company clean my rugs and they did a beautiful job on cleaning them, especially the fringes. They also give you a good deal. If your rugs are not back on the due date stated on the invoice, it usually means they had to do a second cleaning. Plus they only deliver on Thursdays so be patient if you have to wait another week. They take pride in their work and if a second cleaning is required it causes a delay. Don't worry, it is worth it and they have not lost or damaged your rug/rugs. You'll be happy with the end result. Perhaps the company could inform their customers at the time of pickup the rugs could possibly take an additional week if a second cleaning is required. This way, the customer is not left wondering why they are not delivered back within the time frame stated on their receipt. Other than that, they do a GREAT JOB!!

Avoid this company and save your hard earned money. This company makes promises and are unable to deliver. Don't even consider exercising your right to free speech to complain, to express your dismay at their unprofessionalism or the "Manager", "Mary" she will simply hang up the phone on you and make excuses for her staff. I was to have my 3 area rugs delivered today per my last discussion with the manager. 2 weeks later since they took my rugs away and my 1 year old daughter is still slipping around on tiles and hardwood. I wonder if they are willing to pay for every bump and bruise? So much for that "Rush". I have had to take a good portion of her toys away to avoid her making a racket and disturbing the neighbors downstairs. When you seriously contemplate legal action you know you are not dealing with a reputable company.

I couldn't be happier with the quality of service provided by Carpet Cleaning Factory. From the start the lady on the phone was extremely professional and knew exactly what she was talking about! Which gave me comfort because my carpets really needed a good cleaning. The carpet cleaner arrived on time was very professional even asked me to inspect andale sure I was satisfied with the job! Once the carpet was dried it looked like new!! I had a couple of stains I wasn't sure they were going to come out and sure enough they did!! I was extremely satisfied with their hard work! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for carpet cleaning!

We recently refinished the floors in our library and had not cleaned this rug since the last review. Decided last minute it was perfect time to clean it so I phoned and spoke with Mary and it was picked up the SAME DAY. The room took a bit longer than anticipated but no one rushed us to return it and get payment which was so nice because it was quite a stressful time. I would not hesitate to recommend their cleaning services and will likely try the upholstery cleaning in the New Year.

I give this company a gold star having had my couch and wing backed chairs cleaned! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Mary was very helpful and informative during our telephone conversation. Tony who cleaned the furniture was friendly and efficient. My furniture now sparkles! It was important to me that the cleaning substance and sanitizer be Eco friendly. Carpet Cleaning Factory is a pleasure to deal with as they provide amazing customer service.

I was impressed when I got my persian rug delivered, I could see the true colours of my rug again and most important I have a baby and was very concerned with the products, they only use eco friendly. Wonderful service and very dedicated to their customers!

This company is unprofessional and lacks integrity in what they do. They ruined my mattress with injecting too much water or steam and when I complained, they did not offer to fix it or even apologize. I even asked them to take me off their call list again today, retold the whole story, and they still did not apologize. There customer serive is horrible and they do not know what they are doing when it comes to different fabrics.

Great customer service, the cleaner was very friendly and efficient. I had stains that thought would never come out, well they were totally gone. I had tried so many other companies and all they wanted to do as soon as they steped inside my door was try to sell me stain removers, scotch guard always felt presured. Well not here and the prices are great and the most important thing for me is non-toxic products! Will highly recommend to my friends and family.
