Great customer service and very professional service, detailed work done in my home for carpet and my upholstery cleaning, well highly recommed!! When I first called to get a price the lady was very pleasant to talk to and explained everything to me, the price she gave me was never changed once the cleaned had completed the work like most other companies I had iin the past.

It was very important to have our child's rug cleanned as she is constantly on it. I wasn't sure if I should have the carpet taken in to be cleaned or have it done at the home...but Carpet Cleaning Factory has both options. After our first great experience, we have now had a few of our carpets cleanned (in house and offsite) and have been very happy. Highly recommended.

Carpet Cleaning Factory was fabulous! The lady who answered the phones was very informative, patient and answered all my questions. The quality of service was great. The cleaner was very friendly and came right on time. I tried out about 3 companies and no one has left my carpets looking like new like Carpet Cleaning Factory has. I recently used their service to clean my carpet and a mattress. They came on time as promised and did a good job. They removed all the stains from the carpet and sanitized the mattress.

I was looking for an eco-friendly carpet cleaning company to clean/restore a wool rug that has been sitting in my garage neglected for years. I contacted a number of local companies and was most impressed with the reply from Carpet Cleaning Factory. Despite a poor review on Homestars I took a chance. I am so glad I did as it was a stress free experience. My rug was picked-up and delivered all within the time indicated and the price was as stated and I think very reasonable. Mary was friendly, helpful and efficient. If you are looking for this type of service I would not hesitate to recommend Carpet Cleaning Factory.

The job was to clean our basement carpet which was 3 years old only. Job was poorly done, and our repeated requests for follow up were ignored. We filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, and their calls to the company were also ignored.
