Window renovation
I had 10 windows replaced in July 2015 and Jay was very cordial and professional in his approach. However one bedroom window has excessive condensation on the inside glass and vinyl in the first year Mold had formed on the wooden frame as well. I had shown Jay pictures and he had come home to inspect in early Jan 2016. As of today May 15, 2016 at 11:14 AM there is condensation on the window glass of the bedroom window and is cold to the touch when the ambient temp is 6 deg C. We can feel the draft at the base of the window as well. In Jan I was told by Casabella the problem is with the house and humidity is high so I bought a dehumidifier paying $175 but it too did not resolve the condensation issue. If the problem is with the house all windows should be impacted which is not the case. I am looking forward to unstinted support from Casa Bella in keeping up with their product quality and warranty and resolve the issue. In response to this review the Casbella Manager- Michael K. visited my place along with a specialist to assess the situation and determine any potential problems and resolve them. The window external and internal seal was examined and the glass spec was checked with a device along with the glass spec to determine the product validity. In addition to product examination I was educated on the various modes of humidity factors and also provided with a humidity gage. I appreciate the prompt follow up and service.

bow window dining room and 2 bedroom
Casabella windows came out and put new windows in my home.not only was I impressed with the product the crew Kyle,Bill,Donny and Andrew where fanaminil. They where respectful, polite,and it was so clean after they left it was like they were not here from inside to outside was cleaned,I have had work done on my home but never have we had such great guys do such great work and know want there talking about.will be dealing with casabella again and will be asking for the same great crew great work and thumbs up Lorraine

Windows
We were pleased to deal with Matthew, sales rep, who in a professional manner detailed the different profiles we could have for our complete home windows. He was direct,and very informed. We placed the order, and on the arranged date our windows were installed. We were very pleased by the workmanship and efficiency of the install. Just as promised the job took 4days...and the workers cleaned up after selves well. We would definitely recommend Matthew and his team . The product speaks for itself. We are delighted by the new appearance of our home and we know that the energy savings will be significant. Thank you Casa Bella for our casa bella

Replaced our home windows
We replaced all our windows during our home renovation. The company is very professional. The installation crew were fabulous, polite and respectful. We were very impressed with the final product. Project began on time and everything was done as promised A+

14 Window Replacements
Salesman was very knowledgeable and a real pleasure to work with! The four man installation crew spent four days and were meticulous with the tear out and installation. They were extremely professional, friendly and took care of the property where they were working and cleaned up along the the way. We encountered some structural issues with the house and they were quick to resolve and fix the install accordingly. Best of all had brand new existing shutters that fit perfectly when they were all done! Thanks to Germain, Oliver, Chris, Josh, and Rafael!

Company was very reliableand thorough. Windows look amazing, and job was done on time with high quality windows. Will be using them for upstairs.

Window, sliding door and side door.
The products are beautiful and the installers were excellent. We used a different company for our front door but the installers can't compare to the Casa Bella installers. The Casa Bella installers were fast, accurate and cleaned up really well. We are really happy with the work.

Full suite of Windows , approximately 30 windows.
We have completed many renovation projects in the last 23 years and found Casa Bella to be very professional. The team was headed by Mike and included Manny and AL . They were professional, courteous , clean and efficient. The job took 9 days . They were on time as per the timelines which were clearly communicated by the Sales Manager German. The entire process from start to finish ran smoothly and was much less disruptive than anticipated. We were shocked when they found an army ant colony in a lower level window frame and they took care of this for us when the window was removed . They cleared out the colony and put some ant repellant in the inside space under the frame. We highly recommend Casa Bella and the team.

Windows Replacement
They had great service, quality product and courteous and friendly staff. I would recommend this company to any one. They took away the old windows and disposed of them. 5 stars for sure!

Home window replacement
CB was very patient with us even though our order was small - a part of a 3 year reno program for our Oakville TH. They are professional and offer good advice. The company's installers were friendly and worked hard as a team always sensitive of our needs. They were craftsmen - something that this world has too little of and the installed windows are of high quality and works of art. Pricing was very fair. We look forward to phase 2 of our project.
