    31 new windows

    Casabella was best price compared to five other companies. They beat competitors prices by about 8000 dollars for 31 windows. Ronnie was very honest and made sure my shutters would fit. Most companies ran away or told me that I will have to buy new shutters. Installers were absolutly amazing. Kyle, Bill, Donny, and Andrew did an amazing job. Took five days to complete and these guys were absolutly amazing. These guys cleaned up everyday and left my garage cleaner than when they arrived. Whatever they get paid they deserve more for sure. Worked as if they own the company. Other companies like to badmouth Casabella quality. I visited all showrooms and even if there is a difference it is deffinately not 8000 dollars worth. These guys used 3.5 inch poplar trim. Other companies will charge you a lot more for this. Only thing I would change is to have all jams and trims primed prior to install. These windows need at least two coats of paint and primer in one when using white paint. Probably going to take me a month to finish painting and installing my shutters. Some companies will install shutters for you. Whn you see their prices you will run though. Amazing company. They are part of Alpha-Lumber group. I tgink this is why they were able to offer superior trim compared to other companies. Again only wish it were primed in factory. Dont hesitate to give them a call and dont listen to other companies that badmouth their product. I got Arch plus series. They look great. I got driftwood colour. The colour is extruded and not painted like most companies.

    Replaced all windows (18) plus sliding door

    Overall, the project was a lot less painful than we envisioned. Our salesperson (Matthew) was very knowledgeable and accommodating, giving us plenty of time to finalize the details without any pressure. We made countless tweaks to the initial quote, and in the end, everything was 100% accurate. The price was competitive to other offers we had, but the fact they do their own install was a key factor for us. The install team consisting of Oliver, Chris, Rafael and Josh were very considerate, accommodating and professional. There were a couple of small manufacturing defects with 2 windows that they immediately addressed the next day, without having to go through sales or support/service. They built us a custom trim header above our sliding door at our request, and even gave us some design options to pick from. They spent a full week at our house, and they did not cut any corners anywhere. Chris even took some time out of his day to fix our front door (which was not part of the quote). The doors were tight while closing, so he took the hinges off and made some adjustments. He politely said "hope you don't mind, I'm fixing your front door". It was only 10 minutes of his time, but it's a clear indicator they care about their work and the customer. There were also some very minor scratches on the screens when they put them in, which really weren't that bad. They insisted they would get new ones sent to us. Our install finished on a Friday, and by Wednesday of the next week, new screens were delivered to us. The quality of the windows will be judged over time, but, I'm certain if there are any issues it's not due to installation. I'd recommend these guys to anyone.

    Bayview hill renovation

    Matthew H and and manager Ted S are very professional are extremely helpful during the purchase stage. Furthermore, the installation crew are excellent and completely the installation seemlesssly.

    Double Garden Door Install

    The only reason for the 9 was because of some email tag during the initial sales process. I'd prefer a call response vs an email response. But my sales rep was great to deal with. Aside from the email tag, my experience with Casa Bella was a 10. The total cost was fair and the install was perfect: 5/5. Manny and Al did a great job. The doors look great and function perfectly. I would defintely use and recommend Casa Bella Windows again.

    The sales is very good. The installation team is excellent. As to product, I should wait for the winter to see its quality.

    The sales Ronnie Pascua, is very professional and gave us very good suggestion and service. Their company's installation team is excellent, they did good job, fast , clean,and perfect finish.

    Windows

    Very clean. Installers took their time and focused on doing things right. Windows were also ready very quickly and they scheduled the install quickly as well.

    Bay Window

    Had Casa Bella replace an old bay window in the front of my house. They were very professional and every person that I talked to was polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to friends who are looking to have window or door work done.

    Pleasant window replacement experience

    Replaced a few windows and patio door with Casa Bella. Every staff I contacted is very passionate and helpful. The installation crew is very professional. If I will have my rest of windows to be replaced, I will go with Casa Bella and ask for the same installation crew. Very happy experience, and will recommend this company to my friends.

    Replacement door, bay window and basement windows

    A family friend, who is a contractor, recommended Casa Bella to us. With little experience with renovations, Casa Bella staff did an excellent job of taking the time to explain things and were very approachable. The sales representative Greg was not pushy and gave us time to make our decision. The installers (Oliver, Chris and Rafael) were amazing. They worked very well as a team, and were tidy, efficient and kind. Their skill as craftsmen was evident, and the door and windows look beautiful.

    Window replacements, entire home

    Replaced original windows in a 1920s detached home. Guys were incredibly clean, showed up when they said they would, project was completed on budget on time. Amazing work, I'd hire them again.
